I have eaten here many times over the years and never had a problem. This time, I went through the drive thru, ordered a sausage mcmuffin with egg meal with a large OJ. Pulled up to the window and paid. Pulled up to the next window to pick up my order. I was handed my bag of food and then told to move forward. I thought it was odd since I just got my food and was just waiting for my OJ, but ok. While I'm waiting for my drink, I decided to start eating. I finished the hash brown, and still no drink. Grabbed my sandwich and started eating that. I just put the last bite in my mouth when my drink finally came out, almost 15 minutes to get a large OJ is quite aggravating. I pulled off, put the straw in the cup and started drinking my orange colored water that I just paid $3.00 for. I should have turned around and requested a replacement, but I was already running late and couldn't wait another 15 minutes for them to remake a cup of orange juice. Make sure you check everything before you pull off from any fast food place.

This location has very poor service. The staff do not pay attention to orders. I've ordered a few times via the drive thru, and after checking the bag, the orders have been incomplete (missing items).

I ordered the happy meal for my daughter 3 times since the Mario kart toys at this location and she always gets the golden Mario kart when I went to ask for another one to exchange they showed me that they only have the golden Mario kart. That’s crazy how do they only send them one kart out of more than 4 different ones and other McDonalds have variety
Customer services sucks, filled with people who don’t speak or understand English! This is horrible! They don’t acknowledge customers or say thank you! Very rude!

I asked for a double qrt pound made like a big mac ...how u give an extra piece of bread with nothing else. It's like slapped together... my burger look like it was hand crafted...Y'all gotta do better...

The food was excellent it was hot and tasty. I appreciate that because it was kind of later in the day and most places don't cook hot food at this time. The girl who took our order was very helpful because my aunt had a coupon for the smoky bacon quarter pounder a d they didn't have it anymore so she informed my aunt they didn't have that but could get the regular quarter pounder. All in all everything was great. ??????
