I have tried to be as patient as possible with this location. If you receive an order and do not have all the items to fill it, please wait until you do. If that means a DoorDash driver has to wait or the order has to be reassigned, it's for the best.

First: their food can make you sick. Second: usually their service is a Huge turn off. Unprofessional with very poor English. Third: their pricing system is ridiculous, cheap and greedy.
I've tried this particular location 3 times in 3 years. First, around summer of 2022. The server was a rude Asian girl with very bad teeth who was agressively arguing with a client who asked her to replace his meal as he watch her touching it. He left without buying it as she refused to replace it. She got promoted to serve as a manager at the Harford branch...
Last summer around Sept 2023, I attempted it again and there was a very nice American girl who made me trying them again yesterday Mar. 2025. This time I regretted it. The nice girl was no longer there and instead there were 2 people who stared at me as if I was an alien. A young American kid who refused to add the last remaining 2 shrimp to my order even I asked him 3 times. He said that if he'll do that, they'll be short in food... Then an older woman who could hardly speak English continued serving me and for the life of her she didn't get it when I asked her NOT to tilt my food box and stir up its content, but instead she thought I was asking for an extra bag... I lost it with them for who knows how long... they are just Insulting.
When shopping for food and quite pricy as with Panda Express, one is looking as well for a feel good experience which is completely LOST on this brand. They serve you as if you're standing in line for food stamps...

Absolute garbage. Paid 10$ for 5 pieces of shrimp with little to no sauce and rice that was crunchy. Panda express used to be great in my opinion. But now its just bad quality, overpriced, and insanely small serving sizes.

My plate had some hair in the fried rice when I got home and opened it I pulled a long piece of hair out as well couldn’t eat the rice after that but the chicken was good and service

My wife and I attended this Panda Express in Rosedale Md, we hadn’t been there in a couple months. I am glad we did stop in because from the time we walked through the door we were greeted nicely, more than 1 server assisted us. We didn’t have to beg for extra portions of food, everything was fresh, everyone was pleasant and very courteous, place was clean as well. I hope this new staff stays there they are awesome.

There are plenty of seats in the seating area and ample parking spots. The food tastes consistent since it’s a chain restaurant. I would choose it over fast food.

Ordered the Family Meal, chosing Honey Walnut Shrimp as one of my entrees. There is an upcharge mind you. See picture for what I received (I got this to go). I called about the half full container, the manager says the policy is 21 pieces, that was 21 pieces. Be aware you're paying for pieces and not volume, apparently. I also didn't get my egg rolls. I doubt I'll visit again.
