They should really update their hours of operation!!! The website and the door clearly says open at 9:30am and they didn't open until 10am. Extremely inconvenient because I was on my lunch break and wasted 30 minutes of me and my colleagues time.

If there was an option for more than five stars, I would mr. Daniel did an amazing job with the amount of rude people he has to deal with He kept a very professional Very polite to smile on his face moving as fast as he could with a rush debt did not go away because it was an hour. A lady had him and got very nasty with him. Call Corporate, but go ahead and do what you gotta do because at the end of the day, they can look back at the cameras and see if he was on what he was supposed to and at the end of The transaction he still told her have a good day with a smile on his face she butted the whole line and I told her just go head She has to realize this is a restaurant and they are doing as fast as they can. They were all very polite and very nice. He definitely deserves a raise for a promo.

Szechuan beef had vegetables or cabbage with spots? Husband couldn't eat it, said it didn't taste fresh and it looked bad. The spring rolls were greasy and didn't taste fresh. Save your money, stomach and time. The drive through lady shoved the credit card to where it fell on the drive and no apologies from her! Rude to boot on top of the bad food!!

I come and get the same thing everytime. The chow mein was dry and tasted fake, i had no chicken with my string beans and the teriyaki chicken was full of fat that i had to keep pulling chunks out of my mouth. It all made me sick to my stomach because the flavor just was not how it normally is. Was very disappointed in the nasty attitude cashier/server Diamond for the lack of customer service and hospitality an disgusted with the Manager on duty, Marlon who almost refused a refund for trash food because he said i ate the food and of course i didnt want more of what made me sick. I had taken a few bites because how else would i know the food was nasty and it made me sick without eating it first?! It was still plenty food in the container and i really should be asking for my total refund because i had another party with me but their food wasn't as disgusting. I do not recommend!!!

Came here more than once and the employees that work the drive thru are extremely rude for no reason, they also were just acting weird, not just rude. It’s crazy how much better the one in whitemarsh is compared to this one.

The chao mein was dry and service was slow. Pick up orders were prioritized as opposed to people who were literally standing right there. I also somehow got the wrong shrimp.

I have tried to be as patient as possible with this location. If you receive an order and do not have all the items to fill it, please wait until you do. If that means a DoorDash driver has to wait or the order has to be reassigned, it's for the best.
