An hour and a half before close, the beef/broccoli entree was empty except a few pieces of broccoli and no meat. Everything that was out had been sitting out for hours, it was very obvious. (All the entrees were empty except like 4 entrees) I was initially told that they would not make more of the Beef and Broccoli entree. I asked again if it could be made, I was willing to wait then they made it again after making me feel as though i was being unreasonable. Once they made it, it was still majority broccoli and very little meat and I ordered two portions worth. I tried to speak to the manager and he stated that it is the recipe. He over talked me and was very defensive about how he was willing to make it. I told him he could speak and then I could speak. Every time I spoke, he over talked me, after two times, I realized he was unreasonable. I am a licensed Servsafe manager, I would never over talk a customer or make them feel like their request was a hassle for us to make. I have been in the restaurant business for 17 years. Even if that is the recipe, his attitude ruined it. Also the Chow Mein noodles were the worst I have ever had.

Customer service is terrible!!! An employee by the name Richard(Ritchie)doesnt like to wear gloves when handling food!! When i confronted him, he became very combative and began yelling with spit flying into the prepared food!! This is bad for business and he needs to be fired!!! And more importantly, unsanitary!!

Odd store policy -- Gave my debit card at drive thru window since you have to pay before receiving order. Didn't look at my receipt. Then totally wrong order was placed at window for me. It was a bag with plenty of food & a drink. I had only ordered (1) Medium orange chicken. Told them that's not my order. Asked for a credit since my order cost much less than wrong order. They offered for me to add extra food to my order to make up the difference since they do not give credits !!! That has to be illegal. It was the employee's mistake, not mine. I waited more than 5 minutes at drive thru while employee & managers confered. Then was asked to park & come in store. Manager did issue credit.

Visited this location, at 8:30pm on a Friday and the service was terrible. The manager that night took my order, and told me there was a wait for egg rolls. The food was limited, guessing they didn’t want to make any fresh food due to closing soon. After, I waited 30 mins for a veggie roll, Richard asked if I needed any help. I told him what I was waiting for and the manager asked him to make sure I even paid for that. Let’s keep in mind he took my order and saw I paid, he also told Richard to assist me at the register so he could take his break. After, the long wait and dissatisfied service I’m not sure I will visit this location again.

I really DON’T PREFER to go to this location because every time I go through the drive thru I always seem to get the scraps of every bowl selection and I think that’s because the customer can’t see what’s being served until after the fact. I avoid going in to order because all you hear are customers complaining about their portions and selections. So to avoid the headache I’ve been going to another one that’s about 4 miles or so away even tho this location is in route to my house. Thought I would give them another try but clearly nothings changed ☹️

Terrible. I received my receipt at 11:18 through the drive through. Was instructed to go around to the front as it’s a wait on orange chicken and we'll bring it to you. I waited to 11:30 for someone to assist me before going in and seeing my food waiting on the counter and for them to finally put orange chicken in once, they remembered and saw me

I ordered through Uber Eats. The food is usually good but today I was served cold burnt teriyaki chicken that was burnt with no sauce. Uber didn’t even offer my money back. Just lost a customer Panada Express. No referral from me.
