Food is always hot, the rotation is always balanced and somewhere the sweet treats never run out but maintain consistent quality. I have ordered throughout several times of day at this Panera and loved each and every visit. The staff are very friendly and maintain cleanliness within the store. I prefer this one to the Nottingham location- I’ll write a review on them shortly

I got the steak and mozzarella sandwich today. It is served cut in half. I ate the first half and it was good. Then I took a bite of the second half and it tasted overwhelmingly of soap or like bath and body works lotion. I had to spit out that bite into a napkin and I threw the rest away. I'm so confused.

today i was hope to eat sandwich with soup but i was bit confused about between 2 soups but cashier girl named Serenity was so kindly and she give me small portion of samples it was so easy to decide it and also she gave me recommendations for sandwich it was so good service food was great too ohh also they got great cookies

Got the you pick 2 with the croque monsieur and the Mexican corn chowder. Both were decent. The staff were pleasant. The tables weren’t very clean. We had to wipe crumbs from our table when we sat down and that was one of the cleaner tables.

I eat at Panera on Putty hill often. My first visit to this location and I'll never return.Today I stopped in for a few Pecan braids and they weren't day old, they were at least a few days old. I'm totally in shock! I've never had anything from any Panera that wasn't exceptional. These were awful, chewy and stale as stale could be. Wow!!!!

Ordered a dozen bagels for the office at 7am this morning from the Golden Ring location in Maryland. The bagels are hard & stale. Clearly they are yesterday's bagels. I called the manager & voiced my complaint & she advised they were made this morning. There is such a big difference between fresh bagels & yesterday's bagels. At these ridiculous prices, it's sad a business will lie & try to pawn off stale goods as fresh believing that people are stupid. You may want to check your order before leaving the business. I will no longer patronize them.
