Asked for the pizza to be cooked well done on two separate occasions and both times it was severely undercooked. It is so undercooked that I can literally count individual shreds of cheese. I don't know if they don't know what well done means or just don't care. Ridiculous. Two tries is enough for me to write this place off. Get pizza somewhere else or atleast make sure to check your food before paying.

I am writing to report a billing discrepancy with my recent delivery order from Pizza Sauce on today Sunday, December 14, 2025, order #84, placed at approximately 5:34 PM.
I ordered an extra-large pepperoni pizza; however, my receipt shows that I was charged for an extra-large stuffed Meat Lovers pizza, which is priced higher. The pizza I received was pepperoni, not a stuffed Meat Lovers pizza.
I have attached photos of the pizza and receipt for reference. I respectfully request a correction to my bill and a refund of the price difference charged in error.
Please let me know how this issue can be resolved. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Club was not toasted one bit - which makes soggy sandwich the fish sub is a joke - the fish looks like dried fish from a lake the turkey melt was a mess and had lettuce pcs inside (not request.
We called and politely asked for a refund for at the very least the sub and was pandered and basically called liars. We offered to have them pick up the food or send pics and no resolve. All for $60 + tip We were offered $15 compensation which is a joke.

Maybe your restaurant should make it know that you stop Taking orders at 9:30 when your hours clearly say 10 o’clock. As someone who bartended for over a decade and served for five years prior, I completely understand people coming in right before you close. Yes it sucks but it’s your job to take orders up until the closing time. You’re an establishment and that’s what we pay you for. If you stop taking orders at 9:30, then either put that on your website or change the closing hours to 930. This type of shit pisses me off.

I stopped into Pizza Sauce to grab 2 slices. I was told the wait would be 5 minutes. After 15 minutes, still no pizza and they forgot to start my order. Worst part, they didn't apologize.

Food was delivered, pizza was not how it usually is, which is good, hot, and cheesy. It was delivered like it had been sitting for awhile. I was forced to have another pizza delivered or get nothing at all. I opted to just have a discount on my next order and was told “no”, I was told to come pick up another pizza and bring the other pizza back, but I wasn’t sure if he knew that it was delivered to me so I asked why do I have to pick it up? I was then told it could be delivered , so I took the option to have another one delivered. The pic shows how it was delivered, and my pizza was sat on the ground not in a sealed tight container(just a regular pizza box with gaps big enough to allow for bugs and debris to enter). I would have just taken a discount it would have been an easier and a lesser expense!
