I deliver water here often. Today was definitely a first. Got here at 7:15 for a 7:30 appointment. I went inside and nobody was in the receiving office. I went out to my truck to get a pen which was parked right outside the door. In that 10 to 15 seconds of walking out the door, someone locked the door. I knocked a few times, waited around. Finally went to the vendor receiving door. The receiver told me I would have to wait until the door was unlocked to check in because "he has a truck to unload" Wow! I never would have guessed he might have a truck to unload. Door is still locked. It's been 1 hour now. My company is informed of everything. Everything is documented. Poor Pepsi guy has been in the door over an hour

The staff sucks. They always look annoyed or angry. It was crowded today but Thanksgiving is next week so it makes sense. The staff pushing the big crates didn't have any manners. The bathroom was clean.

Well one day I had the taste for a rotisserie chicken and I ended up at Sam's Club, mouth was watering thinking about it. So I waited about 15-20 minutes for the chicken to finish cooking. Yes finally I can get my chicken for $5, go home and feast, right? Wrong I cut my chicken and the damn thing was raw, I'm ready to f*ck somebody up. It was too late, they were closed. The next day I went back and complained to the manager (trailer park trash) and guess what HER dumbass had the nerve to say to me? The chicken was like that because of the hormones in the chicken So not only did they sell me a raw chicken, she basically called me a d*** b**** CHECK YOUR CHICKENS, THEY TRYNA KILL US!!! Wish I could give 0 stars

So on November the 18th I placed an online order for a spiral ham at Sam's Club to be delivered on Sunday the 20th so 10 minutes before my order was delivered they sent me a text and said oops we don't have the hand we had to cancel it and my response was cancel the rest of the order too unfortunately it was delivered 10 minutes later when I called and complained they said well it wasn't they're doing it's the people who operate the food deliveries that's not the right answer I had plenty of time on there for them to understand that I wanted a ham they could have taken that and set it aside for me in the freezer or the refrigerator section like other stores do. I just do not understand how this happens anyway that's the last time I'll order anything like that again although I have ordered from them before I haven't had this problem I understand this Thanksgiving but they had Friday Saturday and Sunday morning they posted that they were processing it all morning you mean it took them all that time to figure out they didn't have it shame on you

Thank you very much to the cashiers and the manager, every Tuesday on my day off I often come to shop here, this afternoon I went to buy some meat and fish, and I bought pizza, I forgot the wallet and a lot of important documents in it, I went to the car, I checked my wallet and filled up the gas, I didn't see it, I went back to the sam club and said I forgot my wallet, very quickly the staff and Even the security staff reassured me, don't worry and calm down, someone picked it up and gave it to the manager to keep it, I'm still very worried and in a few minutes I got it back. wallet and full papers and bank card cash, very respectful and thank you everyone I love this place!!!

Worst customer service ever! I placed a delivery order to be delivered between 3-5. It was picked up but marked delivered within 2 minutes, but the delivery address is atleast 20 minutes from the store. The order was never delivered. I was placed on hold more than a multiple times, for over an hour, only to be interrupted by a very rude employee when I wasn’t on hold. I ask to speak to the actual store manager multiple times, which never happened. The employees are very unprofessional. They definitely need training in how to deal with customers with respect. They were absolutely ridiculous to deal with & it was very disappointing to not receive the order. I have worked in customer service my entire life and I would never treat someone the way I was treated today.

Wanted to get a membership today but wanted to walk around and see the difference between then and Costco. The associate by the membership desk was so rude and kicked us out. It was me my 13 months son and my wife. Never getting to this place again. The associate was a gentleman with hair black cover at 6:05 pm. He also lied to us saying we can't even walk around while Sam's club online rules said we can.

I went into the store to visit bakery to get a cake made for my son birthday. I was told the machine that's used to print images was broken but I could call in a few days to see if it was fixed. 1 1/2 weeks later I called and was placed on hold for 41 minutes. The person that answered the phone never even came back to the phone a different person eventually picked up and ask what was I waiting on hold for. I told her she said I will radio them hold on about a minute later she said it was still broken. I don't understand why it took 41 minutes for that. Even if it was working I wouldn't even want to get the cake from there now just for the extremely long wait.

Sam's Club gas lines are horrible. They need to have someone outside to direct people like the one on Baltimore National Pike in Catonsville!

Sam's Club is great except when it comes to getting gas. The line for gas is ridiculous. I suggest opening more lanes or have someone to direct traffic to the pumps. Because some people don't want to pull the hose. This holds up the line because people don't want to stretch the hose.

Woman manager should be fired. I witnessed a woman complain to her about employees using profanity and derogatory language in the store loudly enough where children and other customers could hear. When the woman walked away, she laughed. Once the woman left the store, she was laughing with the employees at the woman. Complete disrespect for the customer and her concerns. Sams Club should be ashamed that this person is a manager at any location they own. Corporate needs to take a long hard look at this location.

First of all, If I could give 0 stars I would. if you want great customer service and competent management, stay out of this store. i watched 2 female employees use profanity and derogatory terms about customers loudly enough I could hear and children near them could hear. The customer heard them and complained to the woman manager. Soon as the customer left, she laughed with the employees at the customer that complained. Completely disrespectful and sad to see that any manager acts like this. She is not a leader and should be removed from her position. These customers pay your salary and corporate should investigate this store.
