I'm not expecting a top tier customer service from a small business in the neighborhood, but no greeting, giving a wrong order (asked for a dark meat, gave a cold, old white meat), no Thank you, then when I came back to get the correct order she still did not greet, no apologies, just tossed the food on the countertop like I did something wrong... I honestly don't think I would come back to this place. Sheerly because of poor customer service.

first time eating at this place, super disappointed I was hoping it will be an experience of trying something new. I have been to many places like this and the food was awesome but this new place was very disappointing. The chicken was overcooked. The skin was burnt. the meat was dry. Only thing that was good was a black beans and white rice came out perfect soft and fluffy. the plantains was pretty good. The chicken was really dry. I have photos to prove it. I was very disappointed. Everything else was OK as far as the service and atmosphere.

I always get the quarter chicken with Rice, steamed veggies and extra sauce. Probably the best roasted chicken in MARYLAND! very juicy, flavor to the bone and affordable! Recommend this spot to my co-worker and she agreed! $12.50 for my meal

The lady at the register was very unpleasant. The first time I called to place and order, she hung up on me because she didn’t understand English.. so I went in the store to order and she and the other lady were laughing and speaking to eachother. On top of bad service the food was horrible.

My dad always gets Super Chicken Rico and I tried it for the first time tonight. Ngl I was skeptical at first but I ordered the shrimp skewers and their fried plantains…. I’ve never had shrimp that was so juicy and tender and really well seasoned and their plantains are super delicious!!! Now I see why my dad likes it so much!!
Chicken was delicious! Yucca was fresh and crispy. There is definitely a bit of a language barrier, but they were very friendly. Helps to know a bit of Spanish. Will go back the next time I'm in the area.

A good option if it is roast chicken, the flavor and seasoning are good to eat what you order the same day, if you leave something for the next day the flavor changes a lot and it doesn't taste as good. You can eat right there, the place is very spacious and the parking is also in addition to being in an area where many other stores are nearby.

They hooked us up with the serving size. The yucca was definitely not the best I’ve ever had (tough and dry), the chicken was solid (a little dry though), and the rice and beans were good (but that’s hard to mess up).
They’re a little stingy with the sauce sizes, but all together this was a filling and satisfying meal.
