I am here I have been coming here for years the floor is dirty the glass a mess the tables stickie I was about to leave this is not right you have workers in here Yogut is sticky lord CLEAN UP OR I WILL BE BACK HERE WITH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT I DO WK THERE ALSO SHOOOOOO

Good frozen yogurt. The Dole pineapple was a little too thick and slow to come out but tasted fine.

Small place in a conner but convenient location near to Sam Club n WalMart

Sticky Floors beyond acceptability. Service and yogurt were good BUT the floor made everything feel a little gross.

The stop was very dirty. The topping bar was a disaster. The topping was half empty, and some of the topping was mixed with others. There were barely any cups. The yogurt machine over fill were filled with yogurt even if it was running down the wall. This was my 1st time to Sweetfrog. I will never recommend this shop.

I love taking my grandkids to sweet frog i normally go to Dundalk but this time I went to Rosedale golden ring it was very clean my grandkids love the chalk board and all the ice cream flavors and toppings the young lady Sky I believe her name is was very kind,friendly and helpful my granddaughter spilled her ice cream and she helped me clean it up while also helping other families check out and I truly appreciated that she kept a smile on her face the entire time while running around doing everything Excellent customer service in my eyes I will definitely be returning to this location again

Today was the worst experience I received going into this location the young lady, that was there was a very rude from the point of entry into leaving the location. The guy that was behind the register was nice. He was asking her for assistance the whole time and she was refusing to give it to him, when she decided to give him assistance, she spoke to him so unprofessional in front of us my family was asking him why he didn’t know how to do things. I’m not for sure if he was new or what but she was overall young lady. She told him a couple of times did he not see her doing things she was sweeping and he needed help blending our yoga she made us wait and then when she proceeded to go over and blend the yogurt, she smacked the cup on the counter Attitude with him, she stormed to the back room we have one more cup of yogurt. He had to ask for her assistance again and she took a while to return, and when she came back, she said that I already show you how to do it, but he was trying to ring up people behind us. The store was beginning to get full …. she went to the back room and left a young man in the front door by his self taking care of a lot of customers, probably six different families… I just feel like this young lady did not represent your company the way that it was supposed to be represented Clark glory glory Callie not for sure what her name was… her customer service could have been 100% better

Over the pass 9 years I have being come to sweetfrog. I love it and my kids are loving it too. But For the pass year and some whenevery we come the bathroom is out of order and the place is a mess. Am disappointed.

This location is always clean and friendly

Every time we go, they are out of something, or a machine is down. However, my granddaughter loves this place. She enjoys the multiple topping options.

Fan of sweet frog and today my visit is really disappointed, so dirty, the funny part is the the place has two employees and it’s sad the two employees cannot even clean the area, even when everybody knows the we came from a COVID sickness and the we have to be carefully especially with food and places like this. Unacceptable for the price of the ice cream I wouldn’t pay anything with this terrible experience.
