Normally i frequent this tropical cafe and typically see the same people and if there’s an issue it’s resolved immediately without pouring the drink back into the blender. Today, i visited here and i decided to get the detox drink and the cashier specified that i didn’t need to add sweetener because it came that way. After trying it i realized it wasn’t sweet at all and I was just going to walk out with it and just be dissatisfied but another guy turned to ask me if everything was good? I said no I expressed to him what happened but then the initial guy that checked me out decided to argue or over talk me about the drink being sweet & on top of that, the other guy takes my drink and is about to pour it back into the blender, but I told him never mind and I took my drink back. Terrible experience overall.
