Vargas Bakery 2 is a bakery with a great selection of baked goods and South American infused desserts. The sweet bread, or pan dulce, is on point. Items like tres leches cake and cake in a cup are delicious and not super sweet. The tamales are good. However, the Mexican menudo, containing corn and carrots, was not traditional and was disappointing. The bakery part of the store is great. Service is very reasonable and the team works hard, though better English communication and clear price marking would help. Overall, it is a recommended bakery for family and friends.
