We enjoy eating out. Last night we came to this superb restaurant which friends recommended to us. We passed a lovely time there with high-qulity cooking and a well-trained stuff and a talented cook. We added this venue in our phone list and we shall surely visit again soon. We deeply recommend.

The service was mediocre. We stopped in for some after dinner drinks on Saturday night. The place was not too busy. The bartenders poured our first drinks pretty quickly. However, after the first drink they both appeared to be more concerned with talking to the patrons at the other end of the bar. One of the bartenders came back to our side of the bar to assist other customers. We tried to get their attention several times and we were ignored. They also made the wrong drinks. It was put first and last time visiting the Blackthorn.

Hands down the best mussels I have ever had in my life! They were called Irish Mussels. Our service was great and they have a good drink selection. It was nice to come in and cool off while exploring St. Michaels. Can’t wait to go back.

Every live game?? Every Sunday?? Not here. 3 TVs can only show the same local FB game.. poor technical expertise and setup. This establishment does not cater to customer requests. Very frustrating.

Small restaurant with great choices. We had the ruben. The corned beef was great shredded beef.

My traveling companion and I stopped in here for lunch. We chose and appetizer and an entree to share. The corned beef egg rolls were delicious and the chicken salad sandwich requires a fork to pick up what falls out!

I don't know where to start. Nice town, nice people and nice food but not in this joint. The staff were bad, the food was bad and they really didn't care.

First of all, going to an Irish pub, you have to have a Guiness Stout. We had the Irish Stew and Shepherd's Pie. Both tue to form and very good. Lots of beef in both.

My most recent trip to Blackthorn was completely outstanding the bartenders are great and they took care of me very well. I will more than likely be back no matter what.

Rude and unwelcoming staff ruined our visit. They couldn't have been any more unfriendly, starting from entering the pub until we left. Never will I visit this place again.

The best shrimp salad sandwich I have ever tasted. So much shrimp and the bun was divine. The bartender was courteous and acommodating and the decor really cool. Loved the Dublin Doors!!
