Can’t recommend highly enough! Excellent coffee and the greatest most friendliest service I’ve had in a minute. Absolutely love this place all around!

I am from New York and was staying with family and me and my boyfriend decided to stop here! I’m so glad we did, we came every day for the whole vacation! The cranberry orange muffin are to die for along with the chai tea latte!

Really enjoyed our lattes on a recent trip. Jay helped us and was so personable and kept us laughing while ordering our coffee. It felt like we were getting served delicious brew while at a friend's house. Highly recommend this shop and we are looking forward to coming back on a future trip.

Love Blue Heron Coffee! Every time we come to town we stop in and buy bags to take home. We were lucky enough to chat with the owner and she was incredibly generous with her time. Highly recommend!

Reading a review from two days ago unfortunately it seems to be a pattern. Very rude woman behind the counter. I wanted an iced americano but didn’t want just ice, rather water and ice so it was a longer coffee (like an americano would be). After being told that was what I had ordered… an americano with Ice, in my opinion that would be an espresso with ice. Made me feel like I was doing them a favour. Wouldn’t recommend.

I recently visited this café, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. Upon entering, the woman at the front was quite rude. My companion and I ordered two chai lattes, and we were overcharged. I recommend anyone visiting this place to carefully check their bill.
When placing my order, I politely asked for no ice, and instead of accommodating my request, she said, "Oh, I already made it," even though she clearly hadn't finished making the drink. She could have easily removed the ice but chose not to, which felt unprofessional and dismissive. Customer service was absolutely lacking.
To make matters worse, the café was visibly unclean. The restroom was disgusting, with poor hygiene standards that made me question how the place is operated. The rest of the store wasn’t much better!!
Despite the poor service, we left a $7 cash tip, choosing to respond with kindness!!

Stopped in on a Sunday morning after a wedding, and it was being run by a Mom & a son which was awesome to see. Both were so kind, and the cold brew was perfect. Thank you for being great with my girls as well!

Great coffee roasted on the premises. Small but friendly staff.
I know this is a late review...but I visited (St. Michael's) Blue Heron Coffee on July 11th. The place is very cute and quaint. Who knew that they roasted their coffee in-house, small batches?!?!...I had to try!! I can't remember what the flavor/roast of the day was...but it was good! I met Heather and Jay (owners), who were very friendly and accommodating (as I asked a lot of questions). I became super excited to notice that they have a coffee named When Doves Cry...and I LOVE Prince!!! As Jay learned of my love of Prince, the next thing I knew Prince was playing in the coffee house!! They are so cool! I purchased some coffee and other items. I will definitely be back. Great coffee, food, and customer service.

Stopped in St Michaels for the 4th of July weekend and got coffee here every day. Atmosphere was a vibe. Owner is awesome and will chat you up about anything and everything coffee. Its really great knowing all beans are roasted in house. I ordered an Iced Latte and Espresso shot, both were delicious. I will definitely come back next year, until then I'll order beans online from their shop. Thank you for the excellent service.

They roast their own coffee and sell it there. Tried the "trifecta" blend and took a Columbian dark roast home.
If you are at St. Michael's, find it and get some coffee!!
And buy me a bag :)
