Got take away spent $100 was the worst food I’ve eaten all gluggy gooey and Taste like crap also found bugs in the food and it all went in the bin, I expect a refund 😱😱😱😱👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Quick eat for a shrimp fried, shrimp egg roll and fried scallops. Just average. Very small shrimp in the fried rice: not many shrimp. Very little flavor. Same with the shrimp egg roll. Very little shrimp and the vegetables are very bland.

I initially thought Dragon Express in St. Michael was a hidden gem, but after consistent visits over the past three months, it’s clear their customer service is severely lacking. I’ve been a loyal customer, eating there every Monday and occasionally on Thursdays. However, during my most recent visit, I was extremely disappointed.

The woman with black hair and glasses took my order, but when I received my food, the egg roll I ordered was missing. When I went back in to ask about it, she immediately became defensive and argumentative. I even offered to pay for the missing item just to avoid conflict, but she insisted she was right and refused to listen.

Another staff member, a man asked if I wanted a refund, but I made it clear I just wanted the rest of my order. Despite my calm approach, I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness. After supporting this business weekly, I left feeling disrespected and frustrated.

They lost a loyal customer over an egg roll and a complete lack of basic courtesy.

My food was very, very good and they have a very nice family dynamic. The one with the ponytail and glass is very nice and under stood the picture

My family and I love getting take out here. We have never had a bad experience.

Would never return, food was cold, sizzling plate ordered not even sizzling. Food was ordered and on table in less than 5 minutes clearly not cooked fresh and as mentioned was cold. Food isn’t sauces it’s clag. Fried rice has honestly no ingredients in it. Prawn crackers not fresh and even. Sent dishes back full with only a smooth full of the plate and was astonished they didn’t even ask if everything was ok nothing at all. Spring rolls cold in centre. Such a disappointing experience. Not sure why it’s rated a 4 star.

Your classic eastern shore Chinese takeout. Friendly, decent price, great taste!
