I would not call it a bakery. Went in at 7:20am on a Saturday The cases were empty and the few scones and biscotti they had were wrapped with saran wrap and had a third-party label on them.
Love this cute coffee shop! The iced caramel latte is amazing!!
Somewhat limited selections but everything is good
Excellent food, smoothies and matcha latte. Cool vibe. Highly recommend. Food is freshly made and packaged. They will heat it for you. It was amazing.
Eat Sprout is a cute little coffee shop in St. Michael’s that I will 100% go back to. I didn’t try any of their pastries or to go platters but their drinks are delicious.
The matcha latte could have more matcha in it for my preference but it was very smooth and not grainy. I asked for oat milk instead of dairy milk and there was no up charge.
I also got a hot cappuccino which isn’t pictured but it was very delicious as well.
The person I was with was very intrigued by the decaf cold brew so she “had to try it.” They don’t have it on tap so the barista gave us a cup with ice and almond milk so we could mix it ourselves. It was SO good. The flavor is strong but not overly bitter and very smooth. The next day we asked for a cup with ice and almond milk to finish the rest of the bottle and they only charged us $1.
My only regret is not buying more of the bottled cold brew coffees (both regular and decaf) because when I ran out at home I was sad 😂.
If you’re in the area you should stop in.
Best cold brew in town!
Super nice for a delicious coffee or cappuccino… highly recommended. There are also fresh salads to take away

The bakery food items are all premade off site in Easton, seemingly days ago. When I ask the only person at the counter her unfriendly short response was I don’t know when it was made in Easton but read the expression date on the back. Old & DRY & flavorless is my review of the bakery, and the employee was an unhappy person.

We enjoyed this place for the first time today. I had a caramel latte a blueberry scone, and my husband had a beet lemonade drink and jalapeno cheddar scone. Everything was so good, we are going back later to get take out dinners for home!

I had the chicken Ceasar wrap, Greek chickpea salad, banana choco chip bites, and a matcha latte and they were all delicious and satisfying. It’s so hard to find healthy food options with safe and nutritious ingredients when traveling, and I was so happy to discover Sprout. I stocked up for the car ride back home. 10/10 this will be my new go-to spot in St. Michaels.

If you are looking for healthy foods, this is the café for you! There are several options for drinks, coffee, tea, and food. Service was friendly and fast. There are seats within the café or outside. We did not get any food, but there was a a lot to choose from.

We stopped in on a day trip to St. Michaels while visiting my Mom in Grasonville. We picked up a Chocolate Bobka, Carrot Coconut cookies, and a can of the Holiday Dark Roast coffee. Everything was fantastic. We had the cookies and bobka for dessert that night. We put the bobka in the oven to warm up and my mom made some whipped cream for it. Delicious! The coffee was the favorite though. The barista ground it for us so we could give it to my mom as a gift. She made a pot for us the next morning and it was by far some of the best coffee I've had. She will be back to refill the can.

So happy we found a healthy spot where the food is actually still delicious. We came here twice during our St Michaels trip. My favorite was their coffee cake with an iced vanilla latte.
Parking: Street parking is available but is 2 blocks away in any direction.

Since checking this place out, I have become a regular customer, and now come in 1-2x a week for a grocery restock. I have had no time to cook since the new year and had been eating out almost every meal.... but there are so few places around with healthy options. I am so picky about what fruits and veggies, organic items, etc. that I eat, and thankfully sprouts has provided great options for that! The baristas/cashiers are always so helpful and kind to us. Some of my favorites are-- ALL of the soups (seriously that chicken and rice is perfection, especially if you are under the weather), turkey chili, thai wrap, veggie wrap, egg roll in a bowl, drunken noodles, bbq chicken and succotash, the vitality ginger drink (that spice burns but feels good!), the challah and sourdough bread, eskimo bites for a treat, and the strawberry blondie brownies! I am trying new things as the menu changes, but these have been on my constant restock when available of what I have had so far!! I recently learned they can heat the items for you, so you can eat a hot meal there (I have not done this yet myself, as this is like grocery shopping for me so i take it home... but i have seen lots of people in there enjoying their meals!) I have seen some complain about the prices, but if you know the quality of what you are getting (local, organic), then you would realize these are very fair prices! If I have ever wanted to request something or had a slight issue, Sprouts has always been more than happy to accommodate. Thank you Sprouts for providing great service and food options to the community! You will see me again soon! Gluten free, Dairy free, or Flexitarian, check them out!
