We visited after the St Michael’s running festival with our running club. We started in the tasting room/shop. The server was very knowledgeable as she was letting us sample the different flavors of rum. We then went into the speakeasy like space to have cocktails. The drinks were amazing. The service was exceptional. The owner interacted with all of the customers and even made us a delicious espresso martini that wasn’t on the menu. Definitely go! You will have a hard time...
My first time visiting St. Michael's and of course Wyndon distillery. We were greeted by Sara. Funny, energetic, our own personal Rum expert and bartender. We did a private tasting in the Golden Hour rum room which was fantastic. The space had a sleek, relaxed, speakeasy vibe that made the whole experience feel special. The owner herself led the tasting, and she was both knowledgeable and super entertaining. We got to try nearly a dozen rum samples, each with its own unique flavor, and learned a lot along the way. If you’re a rum lover—or just looking for a fun and laid-back tasting experience—this is definitely worth it....
