Theo's Steaks, Sides & Spirits - St. Michaels

Enjoyed our Anniversary dinner at Theo”s St. Michael's. We were in the upstairs dining room, dark and moody ambience. Service was outstanding, our server was very attentive, described the dishes and made a great wine recommendation. We enjoyed the Steak Diane and the Steak Roquefort, shrimp cocktail appetizer and cheese cake dessert. High end dining experience. It's pricey, but worth it for the quality of the experience.

Pretty disappointed. Not a kid-friendly spot at all. It might work for most people, but we spend our weekends boating up and down the Chesapeake Bay and eating out with our 9-year-old daughter, who’s really well-behaved and likes food.
We stopped at Theo’s in St. Michaels, got seated, and asked the waitress if they had any kids’ options. She said they got rid of the kids’ menu completely and didn’t have any alternatives. The only thing they could offer her was a hamburger. We got up and left. Other upscale restaurants we've been to usually offer options or at least ask what our daughter likes.

Theo's remains one of our favorite places on the Eastern Shore. Just consistently excellent food (we've never had a bad meal there) and very pleasant surroundings. The noise level is low, which means it's wonderful for conversation. And reasonable prices considering all the factors.

We dined early on a Saturday evening so the restaurant was very quiet. Our server was attentive however we didn't get bread so I'm not sure if it was just missed or you have to ask for it (looked like other tables had it). French onion soup was very good but the sesame ahi tuna was overcooked - definitely not rare as requested- but the flavor was very good as were the scallops. Husband loved the bourbon cocktail. This was our first visit and we will definitely return.

The perfect place for a special dinner or happy hour with friends. Great food choices and the HH menu is amazing.

The 22 oz. Ribeye was fantastic. Another person got the jam burger and said it was wonderful. On the bread basket was a garlic knot that was the best ever. Chance was our
server and was very helpful and gave a lot of information about the town of St. Michael's. Pet friendly - allowed our toy poodle to sit with us on the front porch. It was a very enjoyable evening

Theo's has some of the best food and service around. Every time my husband and I have visited, the food has been cooked perfectly. The wait staff is very knowledgeable and attentive. We love it so much that we even celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary here.

We had a large group (20+), that can be a little hard to please… Theo’s nailed it. When all the steaks come out at perfect temps, each side was fantastic, and drinks were never empty, we are IMPRESSED. Bravo

We have been to Theo's before and always enjoyed our experience. Tonight was unfortunately different. The food was amazing and our waitress was great. However, it was so loud upstairs that we were not able to have a conversation at our table. We had to leave much earlier than we had planned. I wasn't able to finish my meal because it was too loud to enjoy my food. We love this restaurant so it was disappointing that this happened.

Highly recommend!! Scallops and mushroom raviolis sooo good!! Audrey and Lacey always make us feel like rockstars!!

Everything here was great. We have a child with celiac disease and they were very accommodating. The steaks were excellent and my son loved his burger. If you are GF there are many options, but anything fried is in a shared fryer and would not be celiac safe.

From start to finish was a great experience. Everyone's food was done perfectly; the service was excellent. Highly recommend visiting St. Micheals and if/when you do make Theo's a part of that visit!

I came here for a birthday dinner and was floored by the quality of the steak - absolutely incredible. The Food rating ended up being a 4/5 due to the quality of the other food ordered. I would recommend going if only to experience the steak at this restaurant

We went there on a lark and what a jewel! Our server 'Caroline' was friendly, attentive, and helpful in making a selection. We will be visiting again.

We went to Theos when we were in St. Michael's for the wine festival weekend. The food and service were outstanding.
