I go to trivia at the dive bar on a regular basis. The menu has enough variety that I can always find something that suits my limited appetite. I love that our server, Ali, always has a great attitude, remembers what we like, and offers suggestions. He even tries to stump us with his own trivia questions!

As much as I like this restaurant, I won't be back anytime soon. I went earlier this evening with a few friends (group of 6). We were seated quickly and our server was great. However, my food was awful. I ordered the chicken tacos. They were dry, overcooked, and lacked flavor. The cheese was shoved at the bottom of the taco and the chicken wasn't even warm enough to melt it.
To counter this unappetizing meal, I ordered crab tots to go, which is what I usually order when I dine here. The tots are $17, which is typically fine because you get a large portion, whether you dine in or carry out (I have done both before and received the same portion those two times). Tonight, the to-go order of tots was incredibly disappointing. The crab on top looks burnt and not creamy like it usually does and the portion is not the usual I've gotten. It looks like a side order (which is not what I ordered). The quality of both my meals tonight was frustrating and will ensure I avoid this establishent. All in all, tonight was a complete waste of money for an extremely disappointing meal.

I've been going to the Dive Bar and Grille for several years, and I've been consistently satisfied with the food and drinks. In terms of service, I'd like to particularly mention Ali. I have been to Trivia Night for the last several weeks and Ali is the server who takes care of our team. He does a great job of waiting on our table, and I was pleasantly surprised when remembered what I ordered the previous week. When I sought him out to get something I wanted, I was surprised again when he demonstrated a sense of humor that I enjoyed. All in all, one of the best servers I've had anywhere!

We've been to the Dive Bar in the past, but it has been a while. Tonight we decided to get carry-out and it was not a good experience. My wife prefers small portions and order a kids chicken tenders meal and paid extra for tater tots instead of fries. What she actually got was an adult-size meal with fries and the chicken was so badly burned it was no edible. Of course, if we were at the restaurant we would have sent it back to the kitchen. But since we were a half-hour drive away, her meal ended up in the compost bin. Others in the family got food that was reasonable, but the one bad experience put a damper on the mood around the table. At least for carry-out, I would not recommend the Dive Bar.

Ok so let me begin by saying that was the worst shirley temple of my LIFE they put sparkling water instead of sprite like not even a SODA?? The french toast was okay but not too exciting it was bland like i could have cooked it

I always have such a great time at Dive Bar! When my friends and I come by we always ask to see if our favorite server, Ali, is there because he always provides such a great experience for us! (He always cracks us up with his jokes!) Great place to grab brunch or dinner!

Food and service is typically great. However, the last few times I’ve attempted to dine here it was awful. I get seated and never have a server come to my table after 20+ minutes. Really disappointing & hostess refused to let me speak with management. Not sure what determines who gets served now (as people came after us and were served) but I won’t be patronizing this business any more.
