They stopped serving fountain drinks, only bottled, received dirty silverware, sitting in the restaurant side and still had to go to the take out counter to order. Floor is sticky and grimy. Dining room only had three people/tables in it. Pizza was okay, if you are stopping just go to Gianni’s in the same parking lot. Pizza Hut does have a great layout that is under utilized with a fire pit in the middle of the dining room. Customer service was decent enough. With Papa Johns, Ledos, and Giannis all within walking distance you (Pizza Hut) need to do better.

I ordered a stuffed crust sausage pizza and cinnamon rolls. My order was delivered without a knock or ring on the doorbell. When I finally got a notification about my order being delivered I don't know how long it had been out there but there was no driver in sight. The order was wrong. I called the store to tell them. They tried to blame Doordash, but as far as I know doordash just picks up, and delivers. They don't put the order together. So if you hand them the wrong food, that's your fault pizza hut.

My shoes stuck to the floor, my hands stuck to the table, our order took 30+minutes, our pizza wasn't actually cut so I had to saw through it with a butter knife I had to ask to be provided and they don't have cups or a beverage machine. Just bottles of soda. Couldn't get a glass of water at a dine-in place, which is strange to me. Half the clocks on the walls don't actually work. Most of the tables were dirty. The food was good, though.

Place was empty on a Friday night. Ordered carry out. Food was ready on time. Cashier had problems accepting my gift card and it ended up taking someone else to make it work. Ok experience but wouldn’t go out of my way.

They left my food sitting on the porch no call no knock I have a dog so she would’ve barked . Now my pizza is cold. And they think it’s a joke transferring the call

Was passing through and i wished I kept on going, the Food was burnt, the manager Alex acted at first like he didn't want to give me a refund. I lived 40 minutes from them and only went so I could get dinner after my daughter's hair appointment. I asked for light sauce they put no sauce on the pizza and then stuck in the oven. So you can guess what happened it burnt up.

I desperately hope that the interim GM (and eventual new GM) can get this place on track. They are failing in every aspect of customer service and food preparation. My most recent order was made with pineapple that had gone sour (go ahead and judge us for having pineapple on the pizza... it had started fermenting). Ordinarily this should be a quick call, and a new pizza on the way. That also assumes that the store answers their phones. We placed the order through the app. So after multiple calls to the customer service line, waiting on hold at the restaurant for over 30 minutes, and eventually giving up (with the promise that we would hear from someone in leadership withing 3 business days), we grumpily went about the rest of our day.To her credit, the interim GM has reached out to me, refunded our order, and seems to have a desire to get them back on track. I can only say that we all hope so too. Everyone is allowed to have a bad day, busy day, or whatever happened on Sunday. This is unfortunately not the first, second, or even third time we've had an awful experience at this location in Severn, MD. We just like Pizza Hut so much, that we keep hoping for better. I'll update of anything changes.

I end up with a serious stomach ache the day after I have pizza hut, like clock work.The pizza hut of old is gone. No more Romano cheese dressing, creamy Italian, peppercorn parm. They only have ranch or ittallian froma packet and the other dressinsg are McDonalds style pods. Yuck.The employees are great and even sympathize that the brand is not as good as it was.Bread sticks are still amazing and in my opinion better then olive garden.We also enjoy getting the brownie uncut so we can save away slices all day until its gone.The marinara is extremely sweet, not my style but some love it.

Hungry family of six. Ordered pizza and was delivered cold, uncooked, and falling apart. Pasta was still partially frozen. Store would not pick up the phone when trying to call and no voicemail to leave a message. Will never order from this store again

Do not come to this pizza hut. My food was cold and soggy. When I brought this up to the manager Wali he was very hostile and rude. I felt uncomfortable and threatened and yet he still proceeded to yell at me. So I just took my soggy pizza home. I will never come here again and I hope no one else does.

Came to eat here on my business trip and it was some of the best Pizza Hut I have ever had. Everything hot and fresh and the customer service was amazing. This establishment definitely deserves better ratings.
