When ordering, make sure to double check the bagel before you leave. I've ordered the lox bagel a few times from here and sometimes, the lox is just completely missing from the bagel itself. I essentially paid $15 for a salad on a bagel instead of what I ordered.

Visited for the first time. Service was great and the store was clean. I ordered the Lox with the scallion scream cheese. It was good but could of used more lox on the bagel 🫤. Bagel itself was soft and fresh.

Children running the place are doing the best they can with no adults in sight or management. Tables are filthy. No towels in restrooms. Iced teas all empty at lunch time.

Uber Bagel has an extensive menu, so there’s definitely something for everyone. Their bagels are incredibly flavorful. However, the ingredients in between don’t quite live up to the same standard, they are a bit underwhelming compared to the bagels themselves. Still worth a visit if you're a bagel fan, especially for the variety.

customer service is absolutely trash. called to cancel an order and wasn’t helped till the 17th time i called. literally had to call 17 times. i spoke to 2 or 3 different people when my calls finally did go through & one of the ladies i spoke to was speaking over me and then hung up while i was still talking. the last girl i spoke to finally helped me and voided the payment so that uber can help on their end, so thank you to her. but i’m not sure why that wasn’t done in the first place instead of being rude😒
