I came to the Cafe Rio in Severna Park and it was clean, unfortunately there was only one young lady Carmen that was working but she did outstanding job handling all the orders and it wasn't too bad a wait either. food was great highly recommend this Cafe
Great experience with the workers, super friendly, great food. I love this place but only go to it once or twice a week, the people there are great and are fast with making the food, they are amazing and would very highly recommend to someone who hasn't eaten there.

Philippe was absolutely amazing… great attitude, great energy, wonderful personality. With someone like that preparing your meal, it was fore sure a 10 out of 10. I will definitely be returning.
