I’ve been to about 20 different chick fil a stores in the state of Maryland, and I tell you what this is the best store in my opinion, they are very respectful, efficient, and temperature is always right. Been going here for almost 9 years and it’s nothing but love. Ive eaten more than 3k worth to my self this year at this location big respect to the restaurant owner, the team member and especially the managers make it quick to fix anything wrong and even checking orders multiple times to make sure it’s right

I usually like Chick-fil-A for the chain's dependable and fast customer service. Tonight was the third time my drive- thru order was missing something at this location. This time, we were only missing ketchup and a straw, but how do you manage getting children to drink lemonade without a straw and in the dark? The previous times, I was given sandwiches without cheese, despite paying extra for said cheese, another time no fries, and another no avocado lime ranch sauce. I see a trend. I don't usually make a fuss about things, but we had already left when I realized stuff was missing each time. I went back one of those times. Not tonight

Worst customer service ever! We stood waiting for 5 minutes while no one helped us. There wasn’t anyone dining inside and only one family outside. The worst part is there were multiple managers, no one greeted us, and no one would assist us.
