Worst customer service ever! We stood waiting for 5 minutes while no one helped us. There wasn’t anyone dining inside and only one family outside. The worst part is there were multiple managers, no one greeted us, and no one would assist us.

Years ago, a wonderful lady named Marcella impressed us with her dedication and strong work ethic. Even after relocating, we have continued to stop in whenever possible as the service is superior and the food is fantastic! Longtime customer, first time reviewer. :) Thank you for everything! ❤️

I had a 4:45 PM pick up and I arrived at approximately 5:30 due to heavy thunderstorms and traffic. I was now late for a family gathering … I asked for my order I was told that it would take another 40 minutes because I was late! I guess the policy is: any customer that’s more than 30 minutes late will have their food order given to other customers or thrown away. This policy is due to health practices according to the manager at store on 7/9/25 - 5:30 PM. I’ll be honest, I was upset, and excused them of probably just forgetting to get the order in on time. Why was there no call? I paid for everything on line that morning and the manager had my contact information, but she didn’t call. It would have been okay if they would have offered delivery to where my family gathering was being held, it was within their area of responsibility. But the manager demonstrated poor discretion and chose not help and therefore refunded my money. I will choose an alternative to this establishment in the future!

This location’s customer service is astonishing. I called them after I had mistakenly purchased too few sauces thinking I paid extra and mentioned an issue with their fries while I was at it. When I was made aware of my mistake regarding sauces, they still offered to provide the amount of sauces i meant to purchase IN ADDITION to fresh fries. I’m very thankful for this team and can honestly say this is the best service I’ve received from any food service company in my 30 year lifetime.
I love this chick fila. However, the two lane drive thru always causes people to act like jerks. Essentially they either block the lane so the zipper effect cant take place, or they dont take turns like its intended to do (causing everyone to get messed up on which foods go to which car) but this is a critique of the customers, not the business itself. Its annoying but its not necessary chick filas fault that people are jerks. Maybe chick fila could provide some kind of solution to this frustration? 🙂
