I get a chicken bowel for my daughter , they are not friendly at all, they are always running out of white rice, and or corn, so you have to wait if you want it, and last time they gave me cheese when it absolutely was not requested, Chipotle in Severna Park.

Went in to this store last night at 8:30pm. The store prep area was absolutely filthy. I ordered a burrito. They were scraping the last bit of chicken to get less than a spoonful. Said they didn’t have any more after that scoop. They were completely out of tomato salsa and said they didn’t have any and did not have back up. They were also totally out of cheese. I ended up leaving because I am not paying for an item that they can’t make. It was very disappointing. This isn’t the first time this type of thing has happened at this location. They were advertising the fact that they are now open until 11pm. That means they still had 2.5 hours left to prepare food without proper ingredients.

I live out of town and I am a service manager at another chipotle and let just say I came to this chipotle two days ago and then came back today. The manager on shift the first day was incredibly rude smacked her hand on the table to get customers attention and was just overall unpleasant especially if you’re a manager, you need to set an example for your crew members,I feel like everyone there hated their life. When I went back today, they told me it was gonna take them five minutes to make white rice again I work at another chipotle and I know it does not take that long to prepare The rice that is already been made. There were three people just standing around in the kitchen and she was clearly trying to have me get brown rice so they don’t have to make it There is nobody on cash and it was during peak hours, so I sat there for a good four minutes just waiting to pay. It seems like everyone from crewmembers all the way up to manager positions have attitudes. It was a really unpleasant experience.

I called 6 times!
I called. Other locations they answer their phone, but can”t help me: can’t call them or submit my complaint!
I am physically disabled so mearly swingging by & entering the resturant is a challenge for me. I just want to know if it’s there and they won’t answer their phone to tell me that very frustrating.!

The counter is always full of food that's been dropped from making bowl and tacos and there's never a manager to help me business decisions, if you already have white rice on the front and back area,why would you have someone to make more if you don't have brown rice and then when you do make it you don't have all the ingredients that goes in. This location needs help,but the people shouldn't have to suffer .

Do you purposely hire the lowest IQ employees you can find. You have a list of things I want in my barrito bowl right in front of you but it's always always missing something. I continue to go back thinking it might have changed but the last 6 or 7 times this has happened.
