Do you purposely hire the lowest IQ employees you can find. You have a list of things I want in my barrito bowl right in front of you but it's always always missing something. I continue to go back thinking it might have changed but the last 6 or 7 times this has happened.

4/5/2025 around 5:15 ordered a Burrito Bowl. Very disappointed because the chicken was burnt but they still served it. For the amount of money we pay now the least they can do is not burn the meat. All I have is a bunch of burnt chard pieces of meat. I will go back to not eating at Chipotle. I hadn’t been in over 3 years.

Can't recommend the online ordering. I've ordered here many times over the years and nine out of ten theyve forgot ingredients or entire meals on bigger orders... never had an issue ordering in person however, so I will refrain from using the online ordering because it definitely does not save you time...

Most recent online order was a single meal which was missing guacamole and the toppings were very sparse even though I asked for extra. If you're...
