The sandwiches are excellent. Turkey, bacon avocado on cheddar jalapeño bagel is fantastic .Great service

Stood in line watching flies eating the muffins and bagels. Instantly left! Place is dirty and gross. Should not be serving food to people in this state!

Once in a while we get in the mood for a good bagel. It's a long drive, but it's worth it. However, there is one thing that ruins this whole location. All of the employees with the red shirts are the nicest people. They even talk to us when they're on break and it's just very pleasant. The bigger woman with the black shirt should not be working anywhere near customers. She is rude to everyone that comes in. If you ask a question she rolls her eyes, if you don't know what they have and you look at the menu for a few moments before you go up to order, then when you do she sighs and treats you like your stupid. I watch her do that to everyone that eats in so I thought maybe she's used to regulars that know exactly what they want, but no. People come into pick up orders already made and she's a jerk to them too. It's just not a good environment to sit down and eat. We won't be back because she is always there. It's a shame because everyone else is so sweet and the food is so good. It's a shame it only takes one person

This place serves cold coffee ☕️ the staff is rude I been to all locatins in MD this is the worst of them all I am very disappointed The manager seems like she dont want people coming there for service which I find very confusing 😞

They made me wait, and wait, and wait at drive thru! Took so long, I had to leave without enough time to get breakfast somewhere else, before work! BTW one other car was in drive thru. Not busy!

This was my first time ever trying Einstein, I got the jalapeño bagel with jalapeño cream cheese, it was awesome. I had to go in because the drive-thru told me they were closed when I clearly could see they were open, so I had to park and walk in, not that big of a deal, I'm still able to wall, but while in there I saw other people using the drive-thru, so not sure what that was about. But I will definitely stop here again when traveling thru the area.

This is the worst bagel place. If it wasn't the only one close to work I wouldn't even go here. Service is slow.... always. Out of supplies. And you have to request to have your bagel cut in half.
