This was my first time ever trying Einstein, I got the jalapeño bagel with jalapeño cream cheese, it was awesome. I had to go in because the drive-thru told me they were closed when I clearly could see they were open, so I had to park and walk in, not that big of a deal, I'm still able to wall, but while in there I saw other people using the drive-thru, so not sure what that was about. But I will definitely stop here again when traveling thru the area.

Cashier/Manager obviously didn't want to be there and took forever to make my wife's disgusting caramel macchiato that we threw out after the first sip.

Teen staff was friendly and accommodating. Food was just OK, the turkey sausage tasted weird and they don't have ketchup at all. Most of the inside seating has been removed and the place always looks closed from the outside.

Save your money, go to Uber or Naval Bagels

Walked in to order, they had 3 workers, our breakfast sandwich was OVERLOADED with pepper, took 20+ min from order to actually getting our order for a middle of the week morning, absolutely no seats inside, they never put them back after covid, and seems like your best bet is order ahead and pick
