Today I went to Five Guys in Severna Park Md. I had my 8 month old puppy in the car and it was very hot. I left the air conditioning on and couldn’t lock the car. I told the manager I would come back and get my order because I left my puppy in the car. I was so amazed and appreciative when I saw the manager come to bring my food to me. That was excellent service and my puppy and I appreciated it!!!

Workers go into bathrooms with their gloves still on and come out of bathroom with their gloves still on in clear view of the customers. Gross. Then I even saw them leave and walk down the sidewalk with gloves on and come back in all the whole touching door handles. Also 30 bucks for 2 burgers and a drink and one fry is a bit much.

So far best five guys I’ve had so far. Fries were piping hot, burger 🍔 was cooked just right. Staff were accommodating as we rushed in 10 min before closing, and took our order and delivered good quality Five Guys. If I’m feeling like a burger and I’m in the area, I’ll definitely drop in again.

On Thursday 3/6 . We usually go to the location in Pasadena, but they were closed. So we drove to Severna Park. We walked in it seemed busy which is good, means the food should be great! Right?… After ordering, we asked about the Pasadena location. They aren’t affiliated. However his comment about how dirty they were, took us back. As that’s our Go-To Burger spot. So my husband and I looked at each other a little confused and we went about getting our drinks. The fountain stations were dirty, I made a comment to my husband “the Pasadena locations fountain stations are clean”. We look over to the back area to sit. We can’t. Because the tables are a mess there’s trash and crumbs of food everywhere, we go up front and sit down had to wipe that table off. I made a comment again to my husband “Pasadena’s tables are never dirty” we got our food which didn’t take too long for how busy they were. They gave us more fries than we usually get but they were under cooked . You should know by now what I said. But to be clear “Pasadena’s location there fries are always perfect” my burger was missing the Grilled onions I asked for and I double checked the receipt to be sure. “Pasadenas location has never messed up our order , ever! And we have been going there for years” the burger was falling apart . I’m done saying it ... What I will say , is never put down another location especially when yours is nowhere near close to being as good and clean as Pasadenas location. You guys may want to look into bettering your spot!

Friendly and efficient staff. Food always taste fresh and they always get it right the first time. Best five guys around! My only request would be to add an option for extra crispy fries when ordering online.
Vegetarian options: Veggie grilled cheese. Fries are vegan.
Dietary restrictions: Lettuce wraps and fries are gluten free. Nondairy options as well. Low-carb/keto options.
