Don’t even bother coming here. I cannot even articulate my pure distain for this establishment. This week I have been twice, last Monday and today. I have ordered a #42 both times, the same exact order. I was going to let the first time slide when they didn’t only not give me the giant size, which I have confirmed with a receipt that I have ordered, they did not even give me the same meat. I ordered chicken chipotle and not only did they give not even a trace of chipotle, but they didn’t even bother to even give me chicken. Again, this would’ve been cool if this was the first time, it wasn’t. The same thing happened again today, ordered a #42 and received what I can only describe as not even close to what I have ordered. What are we doing. I would understand if this was a one off mistake but I have been here twice in the span of a week and something about chipotle chicken just does not seem to mean anything. I want to eat here, I really do, but I can’t rely on a company that has messed me over not once but twice. Do better Jersey mikes, pull it together.

The food was good, but this one employer Brayden was above and beyond, and really seemed to care about the customers, honestly the best service I’ve had.

Place was phenomenal like I mean phenomenal the sandwich was perfect every bite was like entering heavens door, I believe the employees name was Brayden? He was very respectful and good at his job I would recommend his movement up in the workplace, but overall I will be coming back here again

I place an online order, it says it will be done at 8:18pm. I get there at 8:20pm, it’s not done. I sit there and wait til 8:32, they ask me what am I waiting for again?! I tell them my order, they tell me they are going to start making it now. The store is not busy, only 1 other person was in there.. just 4 employees standing around not doing anything. So I cancel my order and I will not be returning! Disappointed

Very nesty place. Guy cleaning slicer machine drop towel on dirty floor multiple time and used towel on machine again and again. The way they made food is extremely cheap and charging you extra for lots of things. I would never go here again wonder why they already have horrible reviews.

Very disappointed in the ham and cheese sub I got tonight. Mayonnaise was running off the bread and my sub had extra items on it that I didn’t order. The sandwich maker seemed rushed even though I arrived 45 minutes before closing. Not sure what happened here but I didn’t eat half my sandwich because it wasn’t prepared correctly. Need to see what happened here and more attention to detail is definitely needed.

Don't order from this location unless you want your food to be late by at least half an hour every single time. I really wanted to give the staff a chance, I know minimum wage work sucks, but it is ridiculous that this has happened four times in a row now. Never have issues at any other Jersey Mike's location.

I came last night and got a sub in a tub!! 10/10! I didn’t get the gentleman’s name but he was brown skin with dreads! I really appreciate it! Sometimes my order is difficult to some (if they don’t pay attention) but last night the guy did wonderful!😊

Staff was great, order was accurate and delicious.
I was blown away at how nice and friendly the entire staff was at this location. (Ritchie Highway in Severna Park, MD.) The restaurant was clean, and they were quick and efficient in preparing the sub. I recently had a horrible experience at a competitor sub shop which I will not name here, so I felt the need to leave a great review for my experience at this location. Whoever is managing this location should really give kudos and maybe do a little something special for the employees because they really go above and beyond. In this day and age that is really, really rare.

Definitely will be back! Shout to the grill cook! I got #56 with extra hots and add mayo with a side of chipotle sauce!!! Honestly can’t get over how well it was made. Customer service was great as well!!

The employees at Jersey Mikes in Severna Park are always super nice and welcoming to me. I didn’t expect such warm and happy service from a chain sandwich place but I was pleasantly surprised! Thanks Jersey Mikes workers haha

I ordered a sub box for a family gathering on Saturday 12/28, which I didn't do with a day's notice. I put the order in that morning through the app for a 430pm pick-up time. I had asked the store closer to me to fulfill the order, and they refused me the service without 24 hours notice (which is not stated anywhere on the app or website). The Severna Park location was more than accommodating, especially since I called the store to alter a few particulars after the order was placed. They were so helpful and happy to take care of the order! Customer service at its best! The best part was that everyone was very happy with my choice when it was time to eat!
