I ordered a sub box for a family gathering on Saturday 12/28, which I didn't do with a day's notice. I put the order in that morning through the app for a 430pm pick-up time. I had asked the store closer to me to fulfill the order, and they refused me the service without 24 hours notice (which is not stated anywhere on the app or website).
The Severna Park location was more than accommodating, especially since I called the store to alter a few particulars after...

As long as yall have managed to prioritize your time management and not become overwhelmed in your delivery everything is usually a 5/5. Food is always good as long as there is white bread & mayo available.

I really want to give a shout out to the manager on duty on Thursday night on 09/26. They were amazing. There were several stressful issues they encountered while I was waiting for my food and they were amazing. So calm and continued to make sure all the customers were taken care of while addressing the issues on hand. In the employment world right now Jersey Mike’s has an amazing employee and needs to recognize this manager. I wish I knew their name so I could make this more...
