a younger latina woman made my friend and i wait and didn’t speak to us at all for 10 minutes and took all the white peoples orders even the ones who arrived after us and it seemed racist bc my friend was black and she just kept staring at him

Giving a shout out for a simple outstanding chocolate milkshake. Always lots of chocolate and the right smoothness. The team here is always friendly and the place is clean.

Not sure what's up this morning inside this location! A 13 or 14 year old in front of me was trying to explain that husband breakfast was missing some items and at first they were argumentative with him then finally gave him his pancakes.
I was just getting an iced coffee. She handed it to me while looking the other was and gossiping with a coworker. The iced coffee wasn't mixed or stirred.
Unacceptable even for a McDonald's!

The woman at the drive thru was very kind. All I got was fries & a mcflurry (the machine actually worked) & the fries were cold..since there was no line I asked if she minded dropping some new fries for me & she did. Thanks!

Slow getting waited on at counter, then was slow getting food, they weren't that busy to be that slow. Parking rough if pulling a trailer.

*Update: management called me today specifically to apologize and offer a complimentary meal. What a pleasant surprise!! Way to be accountable and professional :)

Previous: Guys, I love you to death, but if you’re going to charge almost $5 dollars for some fries, would you please at least fill them to the top? The design fries on the inside of the container surpass that which was filled 2/3 full. SUPER disappointed!

Worst service ever. The manager was incredibly sarcastic is downright rude. Was using a coupon and refused to apply it since “it would be more work for her.” then said she applied the coupon when she just didn’t. After the payment fiasco, she switched my order to remove everything off the burgers. Such a horrible manager. Her staff was very nice, unfortunate they have to work with such a snarky and condescending manager.

Fast service, food was a bit on the sloppy side. Mayo was more on the wrapper than it was on the mcchicken. Fries were a bit on the crispy side and over salted but they were good. Inside was clean, along with the bathrooms!

Close their drive-through at 11 o’clock when it said 12. Very disappointed. Bad McDonald’s. Workers failed to communicate. Told us they closed at 12 when it was 11 and wouldn’t take our order at 11.

Why does it say 24 hours when it’s not 24 hours.
