Stay away from this McDonald's unless you want your order messed up I recommend going inside and checking your entire order now if you pay 25¢ for sauce you expect that sauce and they don't do refills this is the first McDonald's I've ever been to that doesn't let you get a refill

I bought a coffee to drink at the restaurant and they never took it to the table they yelled at me repeatedly from the cash register but I never received my coffee... so that a service they can't give.

This was my first time at a McDonald's that didn‘t allow refills on soda. The problem was that most of the soda was filled with ice cubes, so I finished it quickly. I almost choked to death while eating my burger. I was forced to buy another drink.

Wow..this is real talk @502 restaurant asking questions about the kiosk, mobile app deals 3 of McDonald works doesn’t KNOW how to explain the app services because language berries I was struggling with the mobile app/kiosk. Neither of the workers knew how to help me out with my order so I step aside, read it out that I got it sorry they DO NOT TRAIN anymore in these restaurant.

I’ve been to this McDonald’s on numerous occasions due to my job being in the vicinity. Every time i ask for fresh fries they are put back in the grease despite me asking for them not to be. As someone who worked for McDonald’s for 5+ years and was a manager at one point, i know how things taste fresh and how things are supposed to be prepared. The fries are very very salty and usually burnt and hard. On one occasion i asked for a refund for my fries and the manager (short Hispanic woman) was very rude. At first she did not want to refund me, and then told me that even though i paid in cash i would have to receive my money back on a card. I asked, how can you refund money to a card that was never used on your machine for the purchase? Which irritated her more, but she proceeded to give me the cash back. She also asked me for the drink back that i had already drank out of. The store as a whole needs to be looked at because I’m sure there are a lot of violations going on in there. I’ve witnessed employees eating out of their hands and taking money to cash out my order at the same time. It’s very unprofessional and seems as though it has no one truly managing the store.

Fast and friendly service. I use the drive-through, so I can't comment on the atmosphere.

Food is still as expected. Staff was friendly. I just don't know how I got shorted 40% of my order
