Ordered on app for walk in. Food wasn't ready so I waited which I don't mind for a few mins. Staff didn't acknowledge anyone. Waited until my food was ready about 10 mins. Food came out and I left. Fries ice cold and yuck!! Fish sandwich was hot but a mess, sloppily put together and leaking tarter. I rarely eat McDonald's now I remember why.

While standing there waiting to pick up an online order, with a lobby full of about 8 other people, I watched as no less than three employees ate french fries off of customer’s trays while carrying said customer’s tray. I couldn’t get the attention of anybody that was standing right there to pick up an order that I could see 3 feet in front of me, including what I could assume was two managers, I guess they were too busy eating the customer’s food.

Fast food has gotten expensive these days...but coming during lunch time, the service through the drive thru is quick. The order is right and I'm in and out.

we were the last customers i didnt realize it closed i thought midnight but it was the one across the streeet, they still made our order and hooked it up. thanks.
Don't go here. They are more worried about putting up signs about how they are going to nickel and dime you than providing good service. No free refill signsn everywhere. You have to pay extra if you want more than one sauce signs, everywhere. Then they take FOREVER. After all that they still give you the wrong food. Let this location die. It's what they deserve.

Asked for my drink to be filled completely with ice. They had to redo it 2 times. My fish sandwich. The roll was so hard I could not bit into it or bend it. It was at least 2/3 hard. The second one is because I found out they are micro waving the sandwiches to make them hot.
