Service inside is vary slow all the time I have the McDonald's app and I order ahead of time and I still stand there for 10 minutes. No good

No drink refills?! Ever?
The place was clean and the workers decently nice, but who just doesn't do refills?? Not from the (now defunct) dispensers or from behind the register.) That policy needs to be changed immediately.
I visited 10/04/24 about 5pm. The manager on duty was very rude and does not know how to communicate with the public.
I love the manager here, she's a hard worker and decorates the place nice for every holiday. I'm a breakfast fan so I get the croissant breakfast w bacon egg and cheese

Maria was working this evening, approximately 9:45. I pulled up to the drive thru and no one came in the speaker. After a few minutes I said Hello. No answer. I said Hello again and I was told One minute. I waited several more minutes then said Hello again. At this point , there were five cars behind me in line. Finally, a woman came on and took my order. When I got to the window she was clearly annoyed. In no way did she show any signs of good customer service. I paid and she did not say thank you. She had a look of irritation on her face the entire transaction. I asked which soda was the diet, since she hadn't pushed the tab on top. She simply walked away. My son checked the bag and one of my fries was missing. I waited and waited and waited. She was helping a customer who was paying with change as far as I could see. She knew I was there waiting for her, but in no way acknowledged me. It was very passive aggressive. Another girl came up and she ignored me. I waited and waited and waited. Finally I caught her eye and she opened the window. I told her that the other woman forgot my fries. She asked the first woman about it (Maria) and Maria told her I had to pay. I said No, this was her mistake and she made me wait ten minutes. I wanted free fries at this point. So Maria came out from behind to tell me that I was holding up the line and that I had to pay $3.58 for fries. The younger woman told me this woman Maria is the manager. What kind of customer service is this? I ordered them. She messed up the order. She then proceeded to be rude and slower than a sloth. She should have given me the fries. This woman is terrible at her job and doesn't care.
Next time, I'll go to Chick fil a.

Had a couple issues during today’s visit between the app malfunctioning and one of the employees being a little less than friendly. I walked in with an issue with my order but Orlando helped me pretty fast, got me fixed up, and threw me a lil treat. S/o to Orlando for turning a regular visit here into a better one.

Ive ordered on the app at this location THREE TIMES within hours of operation, to which theyve proceeded to take my money and not give me food because the app force closes and wont give me a “code”.
(Assuming they turn off mobile orders early without notice)
I then proceeded TO GO TO THE RESTAURANT WITH MY EMAILED RECEIPT and they REFUSED to make my food THAT I PAID FOR
Im sick of it, do NOT order mobile from this location. I certainly will not be ordering from this location ever again!

My friend and I were eager to get the Collectors meal this evening. My friend went in and ordered. When she came back to the car she was very upset. Apparently the lady working giving orders out who she thinks was the manager of that shift is extremely rude, doesn’t care, just wants to get people out of her way, and doesn’t want to do her job. The job of a manager is to tend to customers and help them or make things right. My friend was treated in the opposite way. I don’t think me or her have ever had such a poor customer service experience. Whoever that was should be terminated immediately. She was working roughly around 8:25pm on 8/13/24. If she was the manager shame on whoever hired her because I’m sure that wasn’t the only poor experience and I feel bad for the people that even work with her. She had no shame or regard to the other people in the lobby and didn’t care to yell and argue with my friend. The only way McDonalds can make this right in my eyes is sending or giving my friend the cup she PAID FOR. Unbelievable
