Had a couple issues during today’s visit between the app malfunctioning and one of the employees being a little less than friendly. I walked in with an issue with my order but Orlando helped me pretty fast, got me fixed up, and threw me a lil treat. S/o to Orlando for turning a regular visit here into a better one.
Where shall I start? So when McDonalds hires non English workers why don’t they give them an English speaking course or program. It literally took 10mins to break the language barrier in order for me to place an order. Then another 15mins for 1 hash brown and it wasn’t even 10:40. Can’t be serious. This needs to be handled ASAP.
Despite this franchise looking like it's always undermanned. They work hard and I've rarely if ever had to wait for my order for more than a minute or two via drive through. The order have always been correct. 10/10 would
