First time coming to this place and I felt comfortable there was no customers yet but Rico the cashier was polite and made me feel good. He should get a raise everything was clean and calm.

I was extremely disappointed with the hospitality of the “MANAGER”. we came in before closing and quickly ordered to not inconvenience, however the manager came in after sitting on his phone outside, (while everyone else was courteous) he proceeded to make inappropriate comments directed to us (the customers) and berated his fellow employees who were simply doing their job. Then approached us to let us know we “are no longer welcome in this establishment”, after throwing our food containers on the counter and in the bag making a scene that fellow employees had to call him out on. I am extremely disappointed in this service from this specific man. I am not pleased whatsoever.

I came in with my 3 grandchildren to eat on 7-20-25 and had an absolutely horrible experience. Two of the children are dairy and gluten free and we ordered accordingly. Three meals were appropriate and cooked fine while one of the gluten dairy free meals arrived with cheese in it. When we approached the Assistant Manager (who was taking orders) about the issue she insisted that it didn’t and told us that what we thought was cheese was actually liquid egg they use in the Pad Thai. We ended up ordering another meal for my granddaughter just to be safe and it arrived with 3 pieces of dried macaroni in the broccoli. When my granddaughter approached the counter to speak to the Assistant Manager about the meal she saw her coming she turned her back ignoring her for a good 5 minutes while continuing to talk on her phone. She finally spoke with her and replaced the broccoli. My bill ended up being over $55.00 for 4 simple meals! We will never step foot in the place again!

Domonique, the assistant manager, discusses employees with other staff members. While I was seated, waiting for my meal, I overheard her informing another employee that a shift manager is being dishonest. She appeared to be speaking about others but ceased her conversation when that employee entered the room. This situation suggests a rather hostile work environment for certain employees. 😬😬😬

So disappointed. First time here. Mac and cheese noodles were not done. Butter noodles seemed all dried out. Could use a deep clean. 🧼👀

I love the Noodles and Company in Annapolis, Maryland, but I happened to be in Severna Park and so I stopped there. The place is filthy! My feet stuck to the floor. There were liquids spilled on the counter by the drink machine. I didn’t even want to grab a napkin from there. You can see in the front windows where there’s a bunch of junk has fallen down and it just looks trashy. All of this affected how I felt my food would taste and in what condition the kitchen was in that was preparing it. I tried to keep it safe and just order the buttered noodles,. Not what I expected from this company . On the bright side, the young lady who took my order was very polite and friendly.

I ordered a TOFU cav pesto bowl as I am vegetarian. My receipt said TOFU on it I get my order and bit into it , it was chicken. That was so negligent on the restaurant behalf and has made me disgusted by the fact I just ate chicken. So if you go here CHECK YOU ORDER BEFORE LEAVING!

Just ordered pickup, didn’t get the chicken that was supposed to come with salad.

The atmosphere is pretty basic, my food was pretty good.
They handled my Celiac needs very well and even went to check labels for me. They offer rice noodles, a gluten free noodle and zucchini noodles and catered my dish to be made safely for me.

I’ve been meaning to review this location for awhile—had a very good experience! Ordered pad Thai and the portion was very small, so I wondered if they’d gotten the size wrong since it was an online order. The manager on duty didn’t skip a beat and filled the container as pleasant as can be. I really appreciate the excellent service!

One star deducted due to water on the floor by the drinks almost fell. The rug was rolled up which may have helped. Food was great people were great.

Recommended dishes: Penne Rosa with Parmesan Crusted Chicken

Ordered the penne rosa to go that comes with spinach, tomatoes, and mushrooms. Got home and I could count probably 2 mushrooms and maybe 4 little bites of tomato in the entire thing and absolutely no spinach, not even a single leaf a bit pricey to have just received a bowl of noodles and sauce ??

This locations owner should be so proud that he has an amazing staff!!!! We walked in and their AC has been out for 3 days! Shame on that said owner I don’t know how this is allowed. The staff was so kind and still smiled and greeted us. I felt so bad for them since we all know it’s been scorching hot in the 90s. So this place only is getting praise due to the staff the owner should just be ashamed!
