I would give this establishment zero stars if able. While passing through severna park today, a Papa John's delivery driver cut me off, almost causing an accident, while they were exiting the parking lot to Benfield Rd. Then proceeded to flip me off for the next mile after I honked my horn. This driver was driving a Red Nissan Versa. I proceeded to call the Papa John's location to which the driver just left to report this instance to the manager. The manager on duty, Isiah, answered the phone and was very rude when I asked to speak with the manager stating that I was already speaking to the manager. Once I explained the situation, he proceeded to laugh at me. 100% do not recommend their pizza. Completely awful customer service!!! I hope this makes it to the owner or corporate or whomever because this is completely inappropriate and unacceptable! God forbid I had my child in the car!!

Was told the wait time would be an additional hour. When I asked why that would be the response was “Halloween”. Asked to my order.

I give 5 stars for Papa John's but zero stars for uber eats in this case. My order never arrived, but when I went to papa John's, they fixed everything immediately. Don't order Papa John's on Uber Eats, but order or pick up your order. :)
