I’ve recently discovered this place and it is hands down the best smoothie spot I’ve ever been to. The fruit is fresh and bowls are ABSOLUTELY delicious!! On my most recent visit, there was a small issue with my order, but the way it was handled truly stood out. The customer service here is a 100/10 Cameron and the manager went above and beyond to make it right, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Their kindness and service really made a difference I’ll definitely be coming back with my family! Thank you

The smoothie bowls here are the best! I have had smoothie bowls from other places and this place has the moat delicious selection of bowl bases and fresh fruit toppings. I love getting fresh mangos on my bowl. I love the almond butter. I love that they have Nutella and regular peanut butter also. The bowls are gorgeous and satisfying. The avocado toast is also super yummy. I love the way their smoothies taste and I add protein to mine. They have both whey and plant protein. Also their coffee is really yummy. I like to add just some vanilla syrup to a hot coffee with half and half. Delicious every time. The staff is so friendly, attentive and fast.

Pura Vida is hands-down the best spots for acai bowls in Severna Park! The ingredients are always fresh, the recipes are amazing, and the presentation is on point every time. You can really taste the quality in every bite. Huge shoutout to Andrea, the manager—she’s incredibly kind, welcoming, and keeps everything running smoothly. Her energy makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend stopping by!

Really have taken a dive in quality recently. I don't know if someone else is running it now but inventory isn't right online and I just had an avocado that tasted like an apple. I'd rather not have the option to get something than to order things that aren't in stock or are of poor quality.

I'm not an acai bowl person-never really liked them a lot, but I've been wanting to try them again. So I went here based on the reviews and it was nearby where I had to go today.
I'm an acai bowl person now. I'm immediately coming back. I made my own bowl with mango base, which was so good and sweet. The granola is delicious and the fruit on top was very fresh and perfect. And the regular size bowl is a perfect amount of food and kept me full and satisfied for a while. Definitely coming back to try other flavors.

As a local who lives within walking distance, we have been frequent customers of Pura Vida since they opened. I love to support a local community business and the good coffee and food is a plus. However, I was really sad this morning to hear that Abby is no longer with Pura Vida. Abby opened 5 days a week, she made the best coffee and she hustled always. Abby made my coffee almost every morning during my pregnancy, her positive attitude and smile always brightened my morning post partum on the days I have been struggling. I’ve never had such pleasant, consistent customer service - and while we support the weekend staff, please know Abby’s service and coffee is superior. This morning our order was incorrect and we had to wait several minutes despite no one else being there to make our order. It was watered down. I was really sad as I was looking forward to my morning coffee Abby style. we will decide if we return, do better and support your stuff who run your business full time. Especially young moms.

Super disappointed. Definitely feel like when you’re getting a smoothie bowl of fruit on top should be fresh I was basically given something that looked like I’m mango purée on top of my bowl. The look of the strawberries speaks for itself. I can’t believe anyone thought it was acceptable to put this on top of a bowl for a customer. It was actually quite disgusting. Wanted to grab a smoothie bowl on my way home from the airport. Definitely a waste of money because I couldn't eat it. The one upside is the young man who took my order was very polite.
