QDOBA Mexican Eats

This is one of my go to places! Friendly staff and good food!

Food incredible best qdoba in MD. Service was fast. staff was extra flamboyant 🦩🌸 whichsy bumpypuup a star or reduce in atmosphere id suppose.

Lady taking my order didn’t understand what I was ordering. She give me double of what I didn’t ask for. No biggie!
Then I asked for chili creama for a side of chips. She said ok and nodded her head.
At checkout, she asked if I wanted a drink I said yes and she provided a cup.
She rings me up and I pay. I ask for my back of chips. She speaks in Spanish to a co-worker. After the co-worker responds, she starts ringing in the order of chips. That was when I advised her not to worry about it after she charged me for the chili creama.
Before I sit down to eat, I go to fill my cup with the soft drink of my choice. There were no “no sugar” options an available and very limited options of their “all drinks”.
That would’ve nice to know at checkout. I frequent Qdobas often at I travel the area for work.
This is by far the worst one in my opinion. Service was terrible.

I ordered a chicken bowl through the Qdoba app and my bowl had no chicken.

This is my favorite location the food is always 10 out of 10!!

By far the best qdoba I've been to. The food is always fresh, pick up orders are always done right on time, and the staff is very friendly!

The food and service are excellent, it has changed 100% in the last few months that I have visited

After calling and telling them that I received the wrong order, they continued to tell me they couldn’t find my order in their system, even after I gave them my order number and offered to send them a copy of my receipt. At that point, they put me on hold and began taking orders from other customers. As of the writing of this review (12/27/2024), I’ve been on hold now for 1 hour, 28 minutes. They’re still taking orders from other customers.
