Stopped to grab a drink while I was shopping and James cashed me out he was the most unapproachable and rude person I’ve came across working there. Not even a word after I said hi how are you. Like I was the absolute dirt under his shoe or something he just stared at me. He was also absolutely filthy, dirty apron that was hanging part way off. He should not in any way be working with or around people if he’s going to treat people that way. Zero customer service skills.

It seems to be a problem at every Starbucks to get a Dark Roast coffee. It’s like pulling teeth to get one. He said it not on brew today. I was there at 2:00 in afternoon. Went back and forth with him, he was rude, mean, and nasty with me. Then he finally decided to do a pour over and it was fine. Why the hassle, why just not do it. Is it laziness? Happens at all Starbucks in my area. Getting tired of the battle to get one. Watch who you hire and explain to employee if a customer wants a Dark Roast , just do it!!!!!

Rude worker named Maria... Very bad attitude!Threatened me and wanted to see if I ... "wanted to go outside??!"Her words.... Then she told me that she was the manager when I asked her for her name. She wrote "Maria Gricerre Finoccniaro" Doubt she was the manager. Said she was 18. Very rude & bratty. But worst of all is I can't believe she threatened me with violence. And I shop at Harris Teeter all of the time. Don't go to this Starbucks! Not worth the stress, very disrespectful workers!
The baristas at this locations are not trained properly! I think they are just regular store attendants not really baristas. These are both supposed to be Javachip Frappuccinos!!! And Made twice! Confirmed thrice!!!!
