There was only one employee working in a busy Saturday morning and she was extremely slow and uneducated about the drink menu. I tried to order a cold cafe blanco (something that was literally pictured on the sign at checkout). She acted confused and needed me to pick up the sign and hand it to her to understand what I wanted.then after paying, my drink didn’t have whip cream (like it did in picture that I pointed to saying I wanted to order). When I requested she add the whip cream like the photo I order did, she told me I had to get in the back of the long line of impatient people who were waiting on her (like I said she was very slow moving) to pay more if I wanted to add it. All and all…terrible customer service! I recommend going to a different Starbucks down the street for sure!

There is a young man working there that is consistently understaffed and yet always has a smile. I was there this morning and the line was insane. He just kept pushing through where many young people would’ve walked out. Management needs to give him a raise and some help.

was just there sunday April 20th the barista didn't reply with a single word during order nor did she say a single word to the person before me, i ordered two coffees and only received one. I couldn't get her attention so i gave up and left.

Albertsons, the parent company to Safeway, Acme and many other grocery store brands should be appalled, embarrassed and ashamed of the talent pool they hire for the Severna Park Safeway grocery store, Starbucks location. This Starbucks location is severely mismanaged and neglected. It is constantly closed at any given time during the morning and or afternoon.
