There is a young man working there that is consistently understaffed and yet always has a smile. I was there this morning and the line was insane. He just kept pushing through where many young people would’ve walked out. Management needs to give him a raise and some help.
The barista at this location was great, I want to say her name was Emma. She recommended drinks for us to try which were spot on with our style, was quick with making them, and knew what she was doing. Definitely recommend.
Early morning I went to Starbucks to get a coffee for a long drive out of town. Took a bit of time to make my mocha latte and they came to the window to tell me it was on the house as I had waited so long. I was fine waiting, because it's worth it. But give the Starbucks 5 stars for their excellent customer service and awareness.
