I had a horrible experience at Starbucks the person there, Cameron was “in the bathroom” for over 15 minutes while I was sitting there waiting and when he finally came back they didn’t even have any ice. I had a friend who had the EXACT same experience word for word it is absolutely ridiculous someone can be that incompetent. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This location is SO SLOW. Don’t bother ordering ahead. I waited 20 mins for a mobile order while drive they emptied and anyone who came to the counter was served and left. ABSURD.

After we paid we were told there would be a 10-15 minute wait time for our order. Reality 25 MINUTES before we received our drinks. 25 minutes is way too long of a wait, unacceptable!

This location is the best location I have been to by far locally. Staff are always friendly and are incredibly receptive and inclusive of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
It's great having convenient access to this location when you're shopping in Giant. But even better, I'll swing over to this Starbucks when the one right next door is too busy there's rarely a line here!

This Starbucks is located inside the Giant grocery store on RT. 2 Ritchie Hwy. I had the Salted Caramel frappachino, and it was amaze-balls!! The barista was courteous and quick with our drinks. I think I prefer going to this Starbucks rather than the branch location down the street b/c it is not as busy and the baristas really care if they get your drink right!
