I'm a huge Subway fan, but unfortunately, this location fell short of my expectations. As a privately-owned franchise, I understand that quality can vary, but what's unacceptable is the clear lack of generosity with ingredients. The sandwiches had minimal meat, and when I politely asked the staff to add more, I was met with rudeness and a display of aggression, including tossing food in the sandwich. This behavior is unacceptable in the food service industry, where customer satisfaction should be the top priority. Sadly, my experience at this Subway was absolutely terrible.

While Subway might be the same everywhere, our choice of venue is often influenced by the service and hospitality we receive. Unfortunately, this place falls short in that regard. The staff seems to lack regard for customer satisfaction, and our request to modify the sandwich was met with unacceptable hostility, including raised voices and profanity. This level of disrespect towards clients is truly disappointing.

The facility itself is clean. Service and quality is not good. They did not credit me my reward balance and when I brought it up he said "I saw that" but didn't bring it up when he was completing payment. When brought to his attention, "you should look at your receipts". That's what I was doing. "You can use it next time". Of course, but at another Subway.
The food quantity was poor. Not enough of anything. Had to ask over and over again for mayo, oil, vinegar, olives, ranch. Seriously. Not asking for extra cheese or meat, just some pickles.
Will not go back. Will drive an extra couple minutes for better service and food.

So I absolutely love subway is how I'll start this. That being said this is one of the privately owned franchise entities that really just sucks. The quality isn't bad it's the quantity when you get your sub and ask for more of a sauce or vegetable you're supposed to get it not here though skimpy practices asked for extra Ranch and black olives and nothing....down to under measuring meats what can I say I expect synchronicity among a franchise and this place ain't it thumbs down from me....too bad it's the closest to my house.....and yes I've ordered 4 or so times in person and app

Worst customer experience I’ve had in a long time. Cleric was on a personal call for more than 10 minutes. A man next to me asked if he was open or taking orders. He appeared from the back and made a rude gesture to not annoy him. Then, he went back to his phone.

I work all throughout the state of Maryland and I visit a lot of subway shops. This subway is not in compliance with advertised promises. They advertise that their meats are cut and sliced freshly, but they are not at this location. The slicing machine looks like it’s never been used and they did not want to slice meat in front of me. Instead they attempted to put pre-sliced meats on my sandwich. I refuse to eat here.

Ordered online, when I came to pick it up 20 minutes after I ordered the guy working was sitting on his phone with nobody in the store and had not even started my order. I then had to wait another 20 minutes for him to make other people’s food before he started mine. Not the first time this has happened to me at this location. I think I’ll drive a little farther to avoid this location.

Walked into the location, got a nasty stare, then was ignored for 5 minutes. The store was empty and the atmosphere was not friendly. When another person walked in they greeted the other person took their order and skipped me.

The man working would not accept our coupon for Buy 3 subs but accepted a coupon for 1 sub for $6.99. Not to mention he had an attitude ZERO stars do not recommend. Why is it okay to accept the cheaper of the 2 coupons so it's not like they didn't accept coupons at all, he picked which one he wanted to discount. Will never visit again.

Daughter went into this location and was happy to use coupons and pay with her own money that she earned and when she was trying to figure out which coupon she want to use the lady tells her she can’t use any of them because they don’t accept them. Really fun how they profit from the subway name but don’t accept the subway coupons that draw in the customers. Needless to say I let her get her sub but nothing else and I will not be returning or supporting this location. If I could give zero stars I would.
