Our Waitress went above and beyond to accommodate our party of 7. We had various dietary needs which the chef and waitress saw to with the utmost of care. The food was phenomenal. And our visiting friends from California were very impressed. We were sad that we were the last people that our waitress would serve; but at the same time deeply honored. Note to management,treat all in your employ well. My only complaint was how cold it was and we couldn’t seem to get warm though we drank pots of tea. Other than that and some need of new upholstery I LOVE Sullivan’s Cove. I go there as often as I can.
Dietary restrictions: I can’t abide any dairy as it puts me in respiratory distress. They are very kind and creative about it

We arrived about 11am and heard they had a blue grass band who were wonderful. When we got there the place was freezing cold and it never got too much better. It was so cold I had to eat with my coat on. The service was horrible I finally had to stop a waitress to order our food. She told me that someone didn't show up for work. The food was mediocre.

Food and beverage selection is great. The food is really good and fairly priced. The atmosphere gives off a cool pub vibe.Service needs improvement. The night we went, there were 6 of us dining in on a Wednesday. We were virtually the only people there. Our server missed one of our parties' orders completely, and charged a "share plate" fee because a member of our party allowed another member to taste their sandwich (keep in mind this person had ordered a full meal of their own so its not like we were cheaping out).
The quality of food has really gone down. We initially liked this restaurant but now it tastes like subpar bar food. The blackened shrimp burger was a smashed shrimp patty and the Chesapeake Buffalo wings were just extra salty buffalo wings. The beer was flat and fries cold. I wish we would have sent it back, but it’s just not our style. The only thing worth mentioning was the quality service, tater tots and kids salmon. We literally are going to give away the $50 gift card we have at our house because we have no interest in going back.

My boyfriend and I wanted to try something new, and it backfired ? to the point that we just decided to pay for the drinks and leave. We walked in and weren't greeted. We had to speak up, then seated with only one menu for the two of us. Upon asking, I finally received a menu. Order two drinks off the cocktail menu. One was so horrible we had to send it back. The vibe was off throughout the whole interaction from start to finish. ?

Great place, excellent experience! Tons of choices - they were serving brunch and full menu. Finally a restaurant that has plenty of gluten- free and vegan selections plus they are clearly marked on the menu! Everything we ordered was outstanding! Ask for Haley - for such a young person she seemed like a seasoned veteran! I don't remember ever having to ask for a thing... She mentioned that sometimes she sings when they have bands playing - we are definitely going back to hear her (plus the food). Thanks for a great time!
Met up with 6 friends yesterday here. Atmosphere was fun, service was excellent & staff very friendly. Appitizers of the large pretzel, chicken wings, brussel sprouts were excellent, cream of crab had a large amount of lump crab meat but was heavily mixed with too much Old bay seasoning. BLT was the best I've ever had, salads were beautiful & large, burgers were great... we all were very satisfied & will go again.CD

Thank you for accommodating our group tonight, everything was great! I called ahead, after getting home from work to no electricity, to find out if our group of 8 (requested 9) could be accommodated and was honestly surprised to have the response of “we’ll get it setup for when you arrive”. Service and food were both great. Thanks for accepting my “call ahead “ !

So the food is really good but only if you get a good server/chef ... my wife and I have eaten in several times... the service had been horrible every time... my wife is gluten free so we ordered out to get around the bad staff ....when she ordered she said no cheese and gluten free bun ......her burger came out with no cheese and so we assumed the bun was gluten free... it was NOT gluten free and she's allergic to gluten.... she was up very Ill all night.... because the order was correct we assumed the bun was also gluten free... we liked eating there because they have so many options for her, but if they don’t take food allergies serious it’s not worth it... the staff just dgaf, from the hostess to the cooks, it's really a shame because their food is good and it's in a convenient location. This restaurant won't last unless someone starts to care and take charge of running that place properly.

The service is HORRIBLE. We had to flag our waitress down every time. She never came unless we waved. She would be in the back room the whole time, im guessing on her phone or talking to others waitresses. The table next to us walked out. We were there for over an hour and they weren’t even busy. Only 2 stars for the food, live singer, and drinks. The bartender is good.
