Visité una sucursal en Av. Ortiz Mena en la Ciudad de Chihuahua y siendo las 3:40 pm no tienen ni aderezos ni tampoco una sola cerveza, la persona que te recibe no te avisa que hay faltantes hasta que aparece la mesera para preguntarte si cuando entraste te avisaron 🙃 pésimo servicio

Went in to the Moreland Ave location in Atlanta this evening to place a to go order! Gerald was exceptionally professional, attentive and on top of everything l! He deserves a raise and I hope y’all keep him around! His people skills are top notch!

The food was absolutely terrible!! We ordered boneless mild wings. The wings tasted like cheap frozen chicken nuggets and there was barley any sauce to even attempt to cover the freezer burnt taste. We also ordered cheese fries, the fries weren't bad but the small amount of cheese they put on the fries you could only enjoy the 4 or 5 that had cheese on them.
Waste of money and definitely won't be ordering again.

Every location I pick up GrubHub deliveries has slow and rude service. I'm about to boycott their pickups with how consistently bad Wingstop is customer service wise.

What a gross experience @wingstop has become. The restaurants are NASTY inside and the fries are HORRID. Bring back the OG fries!!! The Belmead, TX location is a mess, the manager doesn't care, the soda machine didn't have any sodas available. There was trash everywhere and the floors were a mess.

Wingstop near me recently changed to non fresh cut cheap hard fries for the same price. Disappointing. Saving money on fries will make them lose customers. Overcooked fries are not a value add

I ordered the Hickory BBQ 10 piece boneless wings BOGO through T-Mobile and these wings are bursting with flavor, magnificence, and taste. Best wings experience ever! The app sucks, let's you add food items to the check out but when you want to check out it doesn't check out! Stuck on constant loading screen until it timed out. Very frustrating, and calling the store sounds like you're talking to a bunch of teens who all got high half hr ago so I said to hell with it. Fix this location man...
Last month James came to the rescue at what had to be 11:30PM on a weeknight. An uber eats driver didn’t mark the bag as picked up and canceled my order as it circulated from driver to driver for several hours. After my uber eats driver told me what happened—I thanked for informing me of this and as I was canceling my order, Wingstop overheard and James got to work. I had lost all my hunger by that point but James American spirit made my night. Been consistently ordering from this location for about a year now and never been disappointed. It was a rainy night too so I made sure to tip the uber driver extra and leave a review. Shoutout James. A hero can be anyone, even a man doing something as simple and reassuring as putting a coat around a young boy's shoulders to let him know that the world hadn't ended
