Debbie's Soft Serve

$5.10 for a small cone of soft serve.

Debbie’s is local and we like to support local spots. The ice cream is good. But of the two times I’ve been there recently, they got our order wrong both times and weren’t willing to fix it because “it’s what’s on the receipt” (the girl who actually rang up the order got it wrong both times I guess?). Another time, they missed one of our toppings and I just paid the lady making them to add what they missed. It’s really expensive for staff who’s totally unconcerned. We’ll be choosing other ice cream spots.

My boyfriend & I decided to stop by to grab ice cream on our way home, we placed our order & proceeded to the pick up window, when being handed my ice cream I realized there was no toppings that I had asked for, they responded “it wasn’t on the ticket” so I offered to pay for it no problem. When going back to the ordering window to pay for the missing items, we repeated what we needed 5 different times & still were not understood & given half of what was asked for. The milkshake was basically a cup of milk with flavoring. I’m not one who writes reviews but this was terrible. I’ve been going to Debbie’s since they opened when I was a little kid & have never been disappointed until tonight. I’d hate to see what it would be like on a busy night.

I can not wait when this ice cream place will be open. They have the BEST ice cream ever that I tried in my life.

I love the ice cream but you guys suck stop saying your open when your not you keep ruining my and my family's day by keep making us check just for nothing if you are going to sell ice get your days and hours right you suck????

Stopped tonight to get a kid soft serve with sprinkles..$6.20!! Hard pass. Haven't been there in a year, and now I remember why.

5.00 for a kids cone that was DISGUSTING! Threw it out. Customer service was awful too- I am never going back.

Ice cream is good but wow the service is incredibly slow. 45 minutes on a line just to get a small and medium cup of soft serve with sprinkles. Overpriced too. About $16 for that. On the menu a small is $5.10 and a medium is $6.30. I know sprinkles can’t be what’s costing the difference!
