Pizzas did not have hardly any toppings and they cut the chicken pieces real small now and put them on the pizzas and they didn't used to but they raised the delivery thing to $6 plus they think we're supposed to tip the driver when they're charging so much

My husband went in and ordered a Philly steak pizza , habanero sub and a chicken Caesar salad . The pizza and sub were cooked perfectly . It’s been awhile since ordering from Dominos will definitely get again.

Ordered on Sat May 10 2025 4pm. No dinner rush. Cuz I ordered 4 med pizzas, 30 min delivery guarantee didn't apply. Took over an hour and driver didn't even leave it on table on front steps. On corner front landing, on ground. Probably to not be seen dropping off late and not wanting to walk by front door.. So done with poor service here.

I placed an order for a local elementary school for a teacher lunch. The pizzas were ready on time, everyone I talked to and interacted with were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be using Domino’s Smithsburg in the future. Highly recommend!!

I’ve never had a pizza so bad where you can’t even pull a slice off without it falling apart. I’m pretty sure the bottom is raw I’m just gonna have to throw out the whole pizza and try again at a different place tomorrow.

I ordered pizza for delivery. The pizzas must have moved around during delivery and the pizzas got discombobulated. I called up the on duty manager. He made it right. He personally delivered 3 new pizzas that were perfect and refunded my money. I am a regular customer and will continue to be because of the integrity and always ensuring everything is awesome. After working a 14 hour day I ordered dinner. I was sitting in my rocking chair 10 feet from my door with my 3 dogs, literally looking at my phone while time talking on a video chat with my daughter in college. Waited nearly and hour. Finally called to see where pizza at. They were very rude telling me the driver came and left that we weren’t home and that he called also. NO WAY. If he knocked even gently and quietly me and certainly my dogs would have heard it. Also…I was literally LOOKING at my phone whole time. But the worse part was we are regular customers…order all the time and they treated us so rudely and made no attempt to correct anything. I will never order again from them. It wasn’t the lack of getting the Pizza but how they treated and talked to me. ?
