I ordered pizza for delivery. The pizzas must have moved around during delivery and the pizzas got discombobulated. I called up the on duty manager. He made it right. He personally delivered 3 new pizzas that were perfect and refunded my money. I am a regular customer and will continue to be because of the integrity and always ensuring everything is awesome. Thank you.
The Domino's in Smithsburg, MD is the cleanest and most inviting for dining inside. Being known for they're delivery it's refreshing to see such a top notch dining in place. The food quality is always on point.
Fantastic! Exceptionally friendly staff, very clean store, great pizza. The staff encountered a technical problem which they worked to resolve for several minutes. In the end I left as a very happy customer as a result of the staff's actions and I will definitely return to this location.
