Rollin' Smoke Meats N Sweets

We’ve loved Rollin’ Smokes for quite some time so they were a perfect fit to cater wedding. Shawn and Renee are so kind and easy to work with. Their rates are very reasonable for as much as they provide. Our guests are still raving about the how good the food was!

This place answered all of our questions regarding gluten perfectly and very efficiently. They reassured us the whole time of their entire process and was very helpful. The food is very delicious and the owners were insanely nice. I would recommend this to anyone! We will definitely be eating here again.

I ordered the loaded fries (1 with pulled pork and 1 with brisket) the past two times I have gone and to say AMAZING doesn’t feel like a strong enough adjective. The fries are cooked (and seasoned) to perfection so they still have a nice little crunch on the outside with a soft center even though they are LOADED, the pulled pork and the brisket are moist and tender (definitely no dry meat here!) to the point the brisket just falls apart (😍), and all of the sauces that go on top of everything (u can choose which sauces u want or get everything like me😄) are good enough to eat with a spoon. And the portion size can definitely make more than 1 meal. Shawn and Renee are so friendly and willing to explain anything on the menu. It’s obvious they really love doing this and really care about their customers. I recommend this business to everyone that enjoys great food!

My son and I tried the fry platters today. He had pulled pork on his and I had brisket on mine. Each of them were absolutely amazing! The sauces were great. The meat was superb. The fries were seasoned to perfection. We will most definitely be back. I can’t recommend them enough!!!!

Rollin meets was serving at our local brewery. Immediately when I walked in I was drawn by her incredible smell. We got a side of collard greens, 2 smoke bowls with Mac n cheese, one with half brisket and half chicken and the other with half brisket half pork. The food is amazing. The meat is tender, the sauces are so flavorful, the Mac n cheese was perfect and the collard greens were exploding with flavor. Our baby loved it and made the cutest face when she first savored it. The chef and his assistant were so sweet. 10/10 experience, flavor and will definitely be coming back!!

I am sure the food is good but… why place your non food serving address on google? I didn’t see the note about no food served until I got there and was scratching my head like huhh? On the plus side it is in a gorgeous area near the Appalachian trail and orchards.

I ordered Rollin Smokes for my son’s high school graduation party. We ordered the pulled pork and sliced chicken. Both were delicious but that chicken was amazing! Our guests were very pleased with the quality and seasoning. The pricing for what you get is just as amazing as it tasted. Highly recommend them for any occasion.

Just had them cater an event for us. Renee is so kind and helpful. EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!! The Mac n cheese was mouth watering and the meats were all so tender and delicious. Can't wait to hire them for our next event!!!! Thanks Shawn and Renee!!!!!!

Guys! I’ve had some bbq before and loaded fries with BBQ on them and let me tell you - HANDS DOWN the BEST I have had! The fries stay crispy on the outside and not soggy, perfect seasoning on everything and the sauce?? Chef’s kiss! Perfect bite every time. I will be hitting this truck up any chance I get. Thank you!!
