We’ve loved Rollin’ Smokes for quite some time so they were a perfect fit to cater wedding. Shawn and Renee are so kind and easy to work with. Their rates are very reasonable for as much as they provide. Our guests are still raving about the how good the food was!
This place answered all of our questions regarding gluten perfectly and very efficiently. They reassured us the whole time of their entire process and was very helpful. The food is very delicious and the owners were insanely nice. I would recommend this to anyone! We will definitely be eating here again.
I ordered the loaded fries (1 with pulled pork and 1 with brisket) the past two times I have gone and to say AMAZING doesn’t feel like a strong enough adjective. The fries are cooked (and seasoned) to perfection so they still have a nice little crunch on the outside with a soft center even though they are LOADED, the pulled pork and the brisket are moist and tender (definitely no dry meat here!) to the point the brisket just falls apart (😍), and all of the sauces that go...
