This Dunkin Donuts in Sparks MD is the best. The service there is fast and they have no waiting lines.... everyone staff members work together getting these orders out quickly...They greet me every time I go there and as soon as they see me coming through the door....very pleasant atmosphere...

This was my first time visiting this location. My daughter picked up the order, but she didn't have to wait too long. I ordered the Texas toast breakfast sandwich. It is always good. Will visit again and recommend them.

This DD location NEVER misses a beat. I am a Dunkin' Rewards member so I always order ahead, and though I know when to submit my order so it's fresh when I get there, I have never had any issues. They are always friendly, always smiling, always solving any issues that may arise. Today, they had to close due to a watermain break, but since I ordered on the app they still crafted my breakfast sandwich and substituted my drink for something they were able to make. I live 40 minutes away from this location and have my choice of multiple other stores, but none of them are as kind as this store. <3Thank you as always, ladies and gents! :)

I have to say for being a fast food coffee shop this Dunkin' takes pride in making their customers feel welcome. I usually order my drink a few minutes beforehand and they are ready when I arrive. The staff is always smiling and very friendly. Drinks and food are always prepared well. Pretty much my go to whenever I want a specialty coffee or a breakfast sandwich.
