I am a steady customer. I don't want to give you a bad review . But I was in there last week and got a pit beef sandwich and it was so dry dust was flying off it. Please fix this problem to regain my business. Sorry to say I have been going to chaps.

Went there yesterday and bought a pit beef and can't believe how little pit beef was on it. I've been there before and it was stacked with beef. This time very little and for $11 I was very disappointed and will never return.

If you like pit beef an BBQ this is thr place to go best food. You won't regret it i also found the prices to be alot cheaper then chaps an the food is 10x better then chaps as well.

We love Cruiser’s pit beef. They have a large selection of sandwiches and BBQ foods as well as many premade choices to satisfy any craving. We load our tender, perfectly cooked beef sandwiches with BBQ sauce, horseradish and onions (hubby) or mayo, horseradish and raw Jones (me) and always get their huge order of fries with gravy, which makes an amazing meal for two. There is so much meat on the sandwiches that I usually take 1/2 of the beef off of my sandwich to enjoy the next day. They have loads of condiments to choose from and since it is self-serve, you can fix it up exactly how you like it. 🤤 A trip there doesn’t come cheap, however. The two sandwiches with the fries with gravy usually comes to close to $30 BUT it is so worth it! The staff are super friendly and they quickly move ppl through. It’s not a fancy place but that’s OK! It has a typical look of a pit beef place and that’s just fine with us.

Came because my friend had tried the cheesecake and food says it was good. My pit beef was cold when I got it, the cheesecake tasted crunchy like an eggshell or something was in it. It tasted old. The customer service is not worth trying it again. Absolutely disgusting. My friend and I will not be coming back
