Ordered door dash red beans and rice and got rice no beans with mush. Food was cold dasher arrived before the order was completed. For 18$ atleast fill the side of the food is going to be cold

I waited at the counter for 5 to 10 minutes, no one would could out to wait on me. I went out into my car and went to the drive thru. They ignored me when I told them how long I waited inside. I order 2 three pc meals. The chicken tenders were small and no biscuit was in with the meal. What a sorry way to run a business !!!

Screen was down, had to pull up menu online. Employee was not able to communicate the difference between items online and what you're able to order in person. Did not communicate that they were rounding up money, which obviously would not be a problem if anyone told you what they were doing. When asked I was replied with attitude.

Maybe they clean the tables once a day; classic unhealthy, geasy fastfood.

I went to get something to eat because I take medicine and I can't function on an empty stomach. I found hair in my bag. I went back in for a refund and the cashier gave me a stink face

Incredibly slow. They can’t handle nor manage a lunch rush. What’s the point in ordering online? I’m on my lunch break and my 2 coworkers ordered the same thing yet I’m waiting 20 minutes for 2 wraps.

Respected people, if you respect yourself, don't come here at all. The employees are very rude and will give you your order with a rude attitude. I hope the management will take action against them. Such employees don't deserve to work here😡

No one speaks English
They took my order 3 times and still got it wrong. 3 very small chicken strips a biscuit and cold mashed potatoes. I wanted spicy .
12 dollars. Now I know why the place has no bissness. Popeyes your not welcome in our naberhood so close the doors.

This place is under staffed and under poor management. It's a newer facility but it takes forever to get your order and it's incorrect when you receive it. I've watched 3 people walk out during lunch due to the service and time it took to take an order.
